Large produce section just inside the front door, and the meat department has butchers on staff, as well as prepackaged items. Huge dairy department. Talk about lazy, I got bad meat and bad service…read more I cut my meat to prepare, it smells rancid. I went to customer service to return, I didn't bring my receipt. She said I couldn't. I asked to speak with the manager, and 2 seconds later they asked if i had put on loyalty card. Luckily I had .... After 8 minutes, manager finally opened computer to start search. Over 15 minutes into it, she said she couldn't find my number. We did it again. I do have to say, computers looked archaic. Can they not just search under meat, and if so, how could it possibly take this long. I told her I was not leaving bc I'd spent over $30 on the rancid piece of meat. Lo and behold....
