I am a cosmetologist so I sanitized the instruments and did them myself. all of it. cuticles pushed and trimmed. she looked at her phone and wandered the shop. when I picked up the instruments they had my boyfriends cuticles in them. I'd call the Michigan state board on this place. I paid, but I don't know what for since I essentially did my own nails with their unsanitary instruments. how they've stayed in business is anyone's guess.
