I was referred to Fran. Fran is exceptionally educated, experienced and talented. She studied my facial features and asked many questions. Communication is key. Fran was tasked with correcting work done by another salon. Fran was spot on! She corrected the color and cut that I came in with. Plus, she provided me with helpful tips. What a difference good color and cut makes. I feel so much better! Shame I didn't know about her and her salon sooner. Can't speak of the other stylists as this was my first visit. The salon was well stocked, neat, clean and seemed to be managed well. I will return to Fran. read more

This place has it all but it still managed to fall short of the style and quality you'd expect at a place this "fancy." My husband and I were both severely unimpressed with our hair cuts. It turns out they have still-in-school hair "stylists" working here who haven't a clue what they are doing. They don't warn you of this though and I only found out after my haircut but from my husband. Apparently the girl spilled the beans to him. Be sure to ask for an experienced stylist if you want a straight cut. We both ended up with crooked cuts and at their prices, I expected much better. A walmart hair cut would have been better and cheaper. Never again! I have had to pin my bangs back since getting them cut because the girl cut them so bad/crooked. I was literally in tears of frustration after my next hair wash trying to fix what she butchered. Ugh. read more

There isn't a lot of parking. The spa area and rooms are a little tight but the service is always nice. I always go to Katrina and she is always professional and my hair always gets compliments. I highly recommend for Katrina for hair. I have had my nails done and they are very detail oriented. If you want a private spa experience I would recommend elsewhere just because you will be in a very small room. I personally don't like being in cramped places while trying to pamper and relax. It is a very small negative but I definitely think they need to expand to a larger place. They are usually busy so I think it would only boost business. Their quality of workers is above par! Having never gone to Hair Innovations I was a little hesitant at first. This was definitely a case of don't judge a book by its cover.
