Then I met Hailey, wow she was so sweet and did exactly what I asked for, she did a beautiful job with a nice massage on my hands because I told her I suffered from arthritis and that I hated how my hands looked at felt. I bought my mom a gift card for Mother's Day, and Katie worked both of us in quickly for side by side pedicures. My mom has vericose veins and hammer toes and a few things that make her embarrassed to have anyone handle her feet - Katie was so gentle and did not allow my mom to feel self conscious at all. Stick with a day spa or other place where there are designated nail people. The person who did the pedicure was very nice, but the polish was not applied correctly and there was minimal filing. I was left with oil all over my legs. And I don't think I have ever been to a place that cuts the cuticles. It increases risk of infection and they should ask beforehand, even if they choose to do it. The website explicitly says that cuticles are pushed back. Cuticle work was not great in other spots. One and done.
