Making the reservation was wonderful - simple and confident that our reservation would be held for us unlike many nail salons. The manager, Jin ( Julie) was so pleasant and secured a spot for my daughter and I. When I arrived, I sprung a monkeywrench because I decided to not just get a regular Manny Petty, but to add acrylic/gel nails. She did not make me feel bad about the major change. Instead, she was so accommodating and worked it into the schedule. Since it was a Monday, this was probably a factor that enabled us to make such a big change, but I was really pleased nonetheless I had the lavender pedicure which included lots of rubs and scrubs. Definitely needed that! $40. My hands were completely metamorphosis with the excellent manicure and gel nails Everything about it was spot on. I would highly recommend this salon and plan to return again. Worth the trip from the Town Of Poughkeepsie to Route 52 Fishkill/Main Street. LOVE NAILS is located next-door to Gold's gym at the far end of the plaza that houses My Favorite bagel shop, Fishkill bagels.

The price is higher than other places, but I was okay with that because I initially liked the service. However, when I went to pay, the woman who did my nails seemed upset about the tip. I said thank you and bye she didn't reply. I decided to give the salon another chance because it's close by. Unfortunately, this time the pedicure was poorly done. The corners of my toenails were not properly cleaned or cut, and there is still nail polish on my skin, and my nails hurts. Now I need to spend money again going to another place to fix it. I don't know the name of the technician who worked on me, but If I could give I advice don't go to this place. Overall, based on my experience, I would not recommend this place

Next, he started to trim my cuticles roughly and cut into my skin. I screamed and told him I didn't want him to continue cutting. He didn't say sorry or show any remorse. When my nails was finished the women said, you can say you don't want your cuticles cut next time. Umm? I'm still in pain.
