I convinced her that it would help her and set about setting it up. After calling other services and not having much luck, I contacted Juvelina. She was polite, professional, and her schedule was quite flexible. I set up an appointment for her to clean my mom's house. She was on-time, arrived with her son, and both of them so friendly and polite according to my mom (who is a tough customer!). The house, which had been a bit messy due to my mom's illness, was spotless when Juvelina was done! She went above and beyond and really gave the house a good cleaning instead of the typical surface cleaning. The kitchen, bathroom, sun room, living room and dining room sparkled when she was done! The results were still evident a week later when I came home to visit my mom. We were so happy with both her professional demeanor as well as the work that I scheduled future appointments for my mom. She showed up when expected and spent two hours quietly (other than the vaccuum =)) doing her thing. I've gotta tell you, I'm a bit Type-A (sarcasm) and a LOT anal retentive (serious) and when I walked out of my office (which is attached at the rear of the apartment and didn't need cleaning) I was all smiles... and still am an hour later and therefore needed to write a review. It smells like lemons in here, she put everything back as it was... and every surface -- floors, bathroom, counters, windowsills, bookshelves, stainless steel, is all just shiny and nice and I'm... just.... happy.
