However, Amy from JP Upholstery replied right away and was efficient, professional and understanding. I was hesitant because the price was higher than I expected but being the neat freak that I am, the idea of the urine setting into the couch was giving me nightmares. Long story short, I confirmed with Amy for the next day to have Joe stop by. He was on time, professional, and efficient. Within 1.5 hrs the couch was drying and although he made no guarantees that the couch would be restored to its formal glory, it dried beautifully and the stains disappeared. Highly recommend!
