Jose NEVER called me to inform me of an actual price and when I finally called, after two weeks, to see what progress had been done he told me that the parts had been done for sometime and had rusted again and were being re-blasted and that the price was now $800. (4X the original quote!) When I complained that I never got a phone call with an estimate, he gave me an excuse that he was on vacation and just got back. Stumbled across Wolfskill Coating, and so glad I did! After sending a text message explaining the items I needed powder coating, I received a very friendly yet detailed message about the services offered and the price. I was sold. Unfortunately, Wolfskill was geographically further then I wanted to travel from my LA, but I had to write this review based on their wonderful business acumen and to the great customer service I received just from an inquiry. Should I ever have more than just a couple of items, that would make the trip worth it , I will definitely use them. If you're near the La Verne area, trust me I highly recommend this company, sight unseen. The only reason I didn't give them five stars, is because I didn't actually use them.
