We showed up at 3 PM and they sent us 25 minutes away to another location and said that it got delivered to the wrong place. We drove all the way to the next location and they said they had no idea what we were talking about. Turns out they had it another 35 minutes away in a totally different location. We drove all the way there and when we showed up it was a storebrand battery not even what we had ordered. A recommendation is to never use this company. They are horrible at communication and truth about what they order and not meeting the customers expectations.!

Wow! What a chaotic experience I had stopping by Cumberland Farms this Thanksgiving day to pick up…read morea Thursday paper. The placed was packed with a long line. Thank goodness they had two people running the cash registers and it didn't take long for me to work my way to the front of the cash out line. The parking lot was crowded full with vehicles all trying to buy gas or work there way to a parking spot so they can make their way into the store for their Thanksgiving needs. Normally, I would have given Cumbys a 3 rating today, but do to the fact that they offered it's customers a free cup of coffee and the fantastic demeanor of the sales associates I am up in my rating to 4.
