I swapped out the car battery, tried to start my car, and started to get nervous when it didn't turn on. I went back inside the store and asked Kaileen if she'd be able to help me. She quickly got a portable car jump starter and went outside to jump start my car. When the portable jump starter she had didn't work, she went and got another one. The second one worked and my car started up. Kaileen explained that sometimes Toyotas, like mine, have issues accepting new batteries, which requires the need for jump starts. I wasn't charged any extra for the help she gave me. As it turns out, Kaileen is the store manager.
