Horrible service and not qualified do not use!!! I called and asked to assist with rekeying my vehicle and I provided all vehicle information. He said he could do it and came out the next day. When he arrived the next day he spent three hours and then told me a laundry list of reasons why he couldn't assist me. 1) He didn't know how to work on hybrids. 2) He couldn't find the battery. 3) He didn't have a Toyota code to recode a key. 4) He had to watch YouTube videos and could come back out the next day. He clearly wasn't qualified so I told him not to come back and called another locksmith. But to top off the entire experience, he left a light in my vehicle and burnt out the battery. The other locksmith who came out was able to jump started me and recoded my key within 20 minutes. read more

DEFINITELY avoid!!! I got a quote of $250 to get a new key for my mailbox in Gainesville, VA $250??? Yeah...HARD PASS!!! The lock MIGHT cost $20 and take 10 minutes tops to change out. I'll post who I go with INSTEAD of these guys!!!! read more

For the first time ever, I had to call a locksmith to come out and unlock my front door since I had forgotten to grab my keys(including car key) on the way out of the house. I called one place close by and was told they wouldn't be able to have anyone out for a couple of hours or so....well then what good is your company right? Plus having a toddler with me outside that just wasn't going to work and what locksmith company does that???? Not a good one! So I ended up finding another locksmith(this one) and calling this gentleman next. He was out within 10-15 minutes!! And the price was very reasonable. He was very respectful, kind, and yes got my door unlocked for me so I could get my keys. Got a replacement key FOB for the subaru and couldn't reprogram it myself with the so called instructions that came with the new FOB so called LKS since I'm local here in Manassas he was here within 15 minutes of me calling for an estimate that was priced competitively. Would not let me give zero stars. Here is what happened to my family with LKS locksmith out of manassas va. He was asked to rekey six locks and key another hundreds of dollars later. One lock was upside down. One the deadbolt would not latch. One the key would not come out. One my old key still opened the lock. I found out why. Once a respectable company Baldinos came out it was discovered that there were tumblers REMOVED from the lock so ANY KEY would have opened the lock. Why was this done ? To cut corners?
