This was my first time shopping at At Home, and I was obsessed! The store is huge, very clean, well organized, and has an incredible selection of home décor and furniture. I could have spent hours browsing. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, but there weren't many associates available if you needed assistance or had questions. Came here looking for an area rug by recommendation. Upon entering it is over whelming. The store is huge! So much to choose from. We trekked to the rear of the store where the rugs were. After much browsing we found the one for us. We asked an associate for assistance and unfortunately it was not in stock. However, the associate called another store to inquire if they had it and they did. We then went to the other store, and the manager had it set up for us by the cashier in a cart. Great customer service. Then we continued to shop and found some other items. We checked out and all was good. At Home seems to have great employees always willing to asset the customers. Let me start by saying you will need a good hour or more to browse. There are so many aisles all filled with fabulous goods. They are real big on color coordination here , great when you decorate specifically for a room. The most amazing experience was the HALLOWEEN areas. I say areas because it seems like a good 6! If you are a Halloween fanatic or decorating for a party , look no further. I actually enjoyed looking at it all. There is a good rug selection also and it is well sorted unlike other stores where you have to search endlessly for correct sizes. Prices are pretty decent on all items. Great parking . The first word that should be in front of the name of the business should be the word "stay". You should stay at home because you're not gonna get any help from anybody here. Went to five different employees, only got help from one and she couldn't go through the entire store with me because she was working.everyone was unfriendly. Absolutely not. My boyfriend and i just came in to purchase a rug and thankfully i found something on clearance. Walk all the way back to the front to checkout and walked passed a store associate who was stocking items near checkout. After a few minutes of waiting for a cashier to appear i walked back to the store associate who was in plain site of us and asked if she could page someone to check us out. Low and behold she was the cashier. She proceeds to walk passed us to the last cashier counter and says nothing. The proper thing to do from the moment w initially passed her was to say "i'll be right with you". Then to walk passed us the next thing to say is "i can help you down here". But she did none of the above. Instead i walked down to her counter to be told that the price is incorrect and its not their label. Ummmm, where on earth would i get a label printer to print your labels madame...? Then she asks me to go get another rug and proceeds to peel off the label w the clearance price on it and i said absolutely not. Knowing how huge this store is why do i have to go get another rug to do a price check ?? I have my own business and deal with high end clientel- would i ever ask them to do a price check ??? I would lose my clients !! The cashier then proceeds to page someone who also comes and says the same thing as the cashier and asks for me to show her where i found the rugs labled for the same price- so we take the longgggg walk back to the rugs and i pointed out 5 other same exact rugs with the same price like Vanna White on Wheel of Fortune !! You have got to be kidding me ??? do i really have to prove myself in this situation ??? My boyfriend who waited upfront overheard the manager on the walkie talkie say to the cashier to "give it to her for the price she found" - isnt that customer service 101 ??? I will never return back to this location. Very poor customer service here. These two ladies definately were not helpful by any means. They turned my experience into a debate which was uncalled for. The manager however was the most professional and obviously experienced in retail. Kudos to him ! read more

Wow I could spend lots of money here . Store reminds me of a mini Ikea, without the mandatory maze. Prices are great, store is huge and has a great selection of merchandise. read more

First time I have been here may be my last. One register open. Poor woman never had her lunch break and it was 8pm. People in front of me took forever and she called for backup. No one came. Finally my turn. Register locked. Cashier called for manager override. No one came. 5 minutes later she called again. No one came. I walked deeper into the store and shouted "hello? Is there a manager? We need backup up front!". Manager finally arrived. By then there was another 6 customers behind me also waiting. read more
