Upon entering I was blown away by the sheer size of the furniture store as well as the magnitude of inventory selection. There was so much to see and look at. You could have a custom table made where you pick the actual wood slab and base color. Their products are gorgeous. After much browsing, I decided on a reclaimed barnyard table. I wasn't totally pleased with the white base compared to the white linen which was more rustic. Mark, our salesperson, answered all our questions and offered to switch the base for me. I was SOLD! Additionally, I could choose the chairs I wanted as well. The table and chairs could be delivered in ONE week! I was thrilled. And they were offering a special deal where you got a small area rug free with your purchase. And I got to pick that too!Know that, I've been looking for an affordable kitchen dining set for quite some time and had convinced myself that I would only find it in Lancaster, PA. Restored Timbers was able to give me my dream kitchen dining set. There was a little hiccup in that my white linen chairs were not in stock when my table was delivered so I was given loaner chairs instead of delaying my original delivery date. This is the only reason why they lost a star in my review here. It took a little over a month for my white linen base chairs to come in, but they were worth the wait. A couple of issues we encountered were 1) late delivery, which could be partially excused by a bad snow storm. However there was no phone call to tell of us of the delay. We only found out the day before the expected delivery date when we called to inquire about time of delivery. 2) When the table came in there was a missing piece which then caused an additional few week delay. 3) David (?) who I believe is the owner flies off the handle very quickly. We were able to manage him by being courteous but his ability to quickly go on the offensive is very off putting. I believe if you can deal with such a personality you will be happy with the final product as we are to date. But I also believe there are plenty of places to buy such products and understand that you may want to spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere.

Our first kitchen set was from them and I was short two chairs from the set I bought for a moving in party. David and his Dad went upstate to get me the two chairs so I would have them in time. I remember saying wow what great and I have never for got what they did for me. That was 22 years ago. My second set I bought from them had chairs and after a few years needed to be redone and David advised us to restuff the chairs and recover them. They came back looking like brand new. Was very happy. Unfortunately just under 2 years the leather on the seats started to crack and I called David and he said to bring in the chair. After seeing the chair David honored redoing them and recommended restuffing them so they would come out right. Since we had a problem as always price wise he did right by us and backed his product and they came out beautiful. I believe most other stores would not of helped us after that time period and turned us away. I would highly recommend David and Dinette and Lighting to anyone. They stand for the word customer service. They also have beautiful furniture, fixtures and Tables. David is kind, honest and caring and there work is beautiful. You would not be disappointed at all. He sold my wife and me very nice furniture for my in-laws new apartment for a very reasonable price. We paid only $799 for a 5-Piece Bedroom Set, and another $650 for a Sectional Sofa with Ottoman with Storage compartment! Then he only charged $150 for Delivery for all that stuff!* I could have not done better at IKEA (which is where I had planned on going that afternoon). I am so glad that my wife suggested that we check him out. The furniture did not have to be put together with screws and bolts and the such. And it was easily built in a short time frame by the guys who who delivered the stuff (who were also great). The delivery went very smooth as I had hoped. But best of all, they were clean, polite, and very personable, and they didn't even charge me extra money for going up one flight (since my elevator was down as it was being replaced with a new one). In response, I tipped them a $100 without even blinking an eye. When my in-laws arrived from Russia, and walked into their new apartment, they could have not been happier. They walked into their new bedroom to a nice full bedroom set, with a nice sectional sofa in the living room to complement their new home, their new 48" TV, and everything else that we purchased for them. Everything worked out so nicely for my family. We will remember Mark's service, the great deal that we got, and our shopping experience from the beginning to the end for years to come. They reimbursed me for the extra yard of fabric I purchased to cover a chair, but they did not reimburse me for the uncharge on the pillows. I spoke to the manager in person twice, and both times he said he would call me that day. Two times now I have not received a call nor the reimbursement for the fabric uncharge. Enter Classic Galleries in Huntington Village. This place actually taught me how to buy cars as well a detailed negotiations after being burned here. I'm looking for something French Country, woods that are dark but not too dark. Are you feeling me Yelper? We go to lunch in Huntington Village. I had plans to stop in Classic Galleries after shopping all of the other traditional stores. Sure enough, we find the exact table I had in my mind. Two young parents who are decorating their house and are buying a pretty expensive piece of furniture. All the tables we looked at had 6 chairs. I ask the floor person, "Does this table come with 6 chairs"? Oh yes we're told. We give our deposit and place the order. We go to our parents and tell them about the new table, we're so excited. Yippie! The furniture takes about 2-3 months to ship to the USA. I noticed on the invoice there are no chair quantities. I call up and ask how the shipping is coming along and more importantly, there are no chair quantities on the invoice. Oh, there are 4 chairs shipping along with your table. WHAT! Yes, your order was place with the standard 4 chairs. If you'd like 2 more chairs you'll need to spend "x" amount and with the shipping it will cost "y". (Y=very expensive and raised the price point to where I did not what to be) And that folks is some sneaky BS to get a sale. I ask to cancel the order immediately.
