Call with an emergency because the temporary filling over the procedure fell out a few hours later and told they'd call back Monday WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. So now back on the waiting list once again. I had a specific appointment set and throughout the years they never made a mistake until this time. My card listed one date and time and just before that date/time I received a text from them confirming my appointment for a week later. At 66 years of age I thought, maybe I was confused; but I wasn't. When I called and asked why they moved my appointment out one week, they said they didn't. They threw the hygienist under the bus and then told me they'd understand if I wanted to find a new dentist. At first I said, of course not, let's keep the appointment. But then after speaking to my wife about this, we realized they didn't actually want our business and didn't care if they lost it. My wife and I are both in the service industry and we were flabbergasted by this attitude. Importantly, the person with whom I had this conversation identified herself as the office manager! I'm sure her supervisor is very proud of her. I cannot recommend this practice. The office staff is incompetent. It took over a year to get my $120 refund. They told me that others weren't paying their bills, so that's why they changed the way they bill their patients. I always paid my bill promptly. Also, after going to a different dentist today I was told the crown Dr. Ross made and put in didn't fit properly. It doesn't seal the tooth. I paid over $1000 out of pocket for that crown. I will be contacting them, but I won't be holding my breath for them to fix it.
