I started seeing Dr. Mary in early 2019. After my first visit she told me she needed to replace…read morenearly all the work that had been done in my mouth. While this was very overwhelming for me I put my trust in her. I let her replace nearly all the work to a tune of about $9,000 out of pocket after my insurance covered their portion. After she had replaced things in my mouth my occlusion was completely ruined. I had come into the office too many times to count to try and correct this. One side of my mouth had a bite way too high, the other side of my mouth had a bite way too low. The appearance of her in office made crown was terrible and the color matched nothing in my mouth. She kept telling me I would get used to the new work which was not the case. It caused me terrible TMJ and facial pain. I finally got a second opinion from a prosthodontist to find out my bite was terribly off from all this work. Everything she done had to be taken out and redone. There are other issues that I had besides this about leaving me with infected teeth after mentioning numerous times that something was not right, only to be disregarded. I finally have a new dental team that has been phenomenal but it has taken me over a years-worth of work to recover from this. I tried contacting her for a refund for many months only to get strung along with no reasonable resolution. This has been the biggest nightmare of my life. I would recommend anyone going here to get a second opinion on her recommended services. She will try to get as much work out your mouth as she can to fill her pocket book, beware.

Now everyone in my family comes here (pediatric and general). I have had great service. Davies family has been in the Waukesha area for a long time and now the children are taking over dentistry in Waukesha and built this beautiful facility at their current location. They do community service too which is nice. One stop shop for pediatric, adult and orthodontist. In fact my daughter had developed under bite and with their recommendation through the orthodontist here her teeth moved as planned and we may not have to have braces for her (she is now 10). I would have to say exceptional service all around and I am so happy to have moved here for myself and highly recommend trying hem if you are looking. While there they have a nice waiting room especially for the pediatric waiting room filled with toys and activities. While in the chair they have monitor with relaxing scenery and sun glasses to help block the bright spot light. Nice touch! For me, we don't specify which dentist we want. Whichever is available at the time of the visit comes in to do the final check so you are in quickly and out quickly. I really like that aspect. I will post more pictures the next visit. They send you back to the waiting list in Muskego [only open 4 days a week] to get a temporary cap to cover the temporary filling. 4. On waiting list again for permanent cap. (I miss the 1 stop office days that took you same day when in pain). Call with an emergency because the temporary filling over the procedure fell out a few hours later and told they'd call back Monday WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. So now back on the waiting list once again. NO URGENCY FOR THEM!!! Weeks later still waiting for care!​

The staff with very friendly and my hygienist was very informative explaining the process as she took x-rays and cleaning my teeth which I neglected for years. Dr Coletta also examined my teeth and determined that I needed a crown for my cracked tooth. I was very satisfied with their treatment and plan to restore my teeth and gums.
