They were able to see me right away and give me a few options at different price points. They assured me that all of the tires were of excellent quality, it was really just a matter of how much I would be driving and where. I went with something a bit on the higher price point, but it wasn't so bad. $700 flat for a set of tires, labor and everything else included. I popped across the street for a quick coffee, and an hour later they called me, having completed the job. Easy in, easy out. This is probably the fourth time I've come here, and I have to say it's the one place I trust to handle my tires, without question. Highest recommendation.

Unfortunately, I wasn't in town to bring it right away, and had to bring it back to the shop about 2 weeks later . (Still leaking btw) they said it was the "gasKeT" and I would have to pay another $48 to get this repaired. They said I should have brought it the day after i got the oil changed. Later after all the back and forth they offered to cover the costs for labor ,but I would have to pay for the part. Which was $3. I did not expect for them to charge me at all considering i had returned literally about 2 weeks later. (And called them over the phone twice to advise what was going on" They said i was "taking advantage" and told me god was watching. They said there was no way of knowing the part was damaged or defective . In my opinion they should have checked the gasket while doing the oil change . I ended up paying $10 which I didn't feel was fair but; at least they could pay off their $3 part they replaced. Next day after the lecture and "repair" ITS LEAKING AGAIN! haaaahahah now I have to go to the dealer and figure out what they broke on my car. I'm glad I didn't pay the $48 the second time around considering I came in with a car that was perfectly fine and left with a leaking car . Purchased two Continental tires for the rear wheels of my BMW 535i…read more Good price and installation was good. My only concern was the wheel balancing for all 4 wheels and the 4 wheel alignment. The free wheel balancing was okay, but the ride was a but bit rough, especially at high speeds. The 4 wheel alignment was also okay because I saw the tech person pull it out of the stall and parked the car. He did not do a test drive. My Bimmer drove okay, but it didn't track. So I wasn't confident that the wheel alignment was properly done. I recently remedied the concerns by having the 4 wheels rebalanced and had a 4 wheel precision alignment done at another shop. Now my Bimmer tracks and rides really smooth... For tires purchase, this place is great.. But for tire services, from my experience, I would recommend to go somewhere else...

I took my '01 Crown Victoria here and they did a great job. While there, I asked if they could…read morealign an older vehicle, a '72 Mustang to be exact. They said they could and so I eventually brought it down. They did the alignment, and they did tell me "they did the best they could" and sent me on my way. The car just wasn't right. After some investigating on my part, I found that the shock tower was cracked and was messing with the upper control arm, making it difficult/impossible to align correctly. Was this their fault? Absolutely not. The car was in a wreck in the 80s (which I also shared with them) so I knew there were risks. However, I do feel that they saw this (given that the car was on the lift and in their face) and said nothing. Is it their responsibility to tell me? Also no.. but the fact that they charged me for the alignment, just said "we did our best" and sent me on my way seems a bit shady to me. A simple, "hey, we saw this crack and it's gonna give you issues in the near future" wouldn't have only been appreciated, but I also feel like it would've been the right thing to do.

Had a slow leak on a tire and needed to get to the nearest tire shop and this was the closest one…read more When we got here, it looked really busy cause it was after 10AM on a Saturday morning. I registered for service and had to wait 15 minutes to get someone to look at the car. The nice gentleman that came to us is named Antonio. Looked at all the tires and assessed the leaking tire. It was a screw in between the 2nd and 3rd tread so it really was only a patch job. But because our tires looked old, there was a concern that it may not be "repairable" and might necessitate a replacement so I was told to choose a tire in case it came to that. I told him I'm sure it's just a patch job but I chose one cause I didn't have a choice. Because of liability, if the tire was deemed unsafe they will not put it back on and the replacement becomes a must. I also asked to have air put in our spare because the TPMS was lit on the dash prior to the leaking tire. He told us it would about 2 hours before they could get to work on our car but it wouldn't take long once they got to it. My son was getting Hangry so I had to find somewhere he could get something to eat. After a while I got worried cause I haven't received a call and it was approaching 2 hours already so we headed back. When I got to the car I was surprised to see that a new tire was installed on the car without consulting with me. I went back in line at the counter and Antonio explained that something happened during the removal of the tire and it got damaged. Because it was their fault, they replaced the tire at no cost to me. I thought I still had some service charges for looking at our spare but he said they took care of that as well at no cost to me. Talk about taking accountability on behalf of the customer. Antonio was very cordial and professional about the whole thing. I really appreciate the service quality I received that when the time comes to replace 4 tires, we will get it from Antonio. Thank you so much!
