Today now over a month I get my car get mad instantly because the car is still messed up fenders still messed up, hood still messed up, scratches all over the place, bumper clips busted, washer fluid neck completely off, air box and hose half way off , wires that are bare wrapped with another wire just hanging out, wrong plastic clips held by hope and a prayer because they are not the correct ones with other problems too. The manager is conveniently on vacation. Ive paid them my insurance has paid them I asked for my money back and they refused. They've claimed shipping issues which might be the case but still yet over a month I think not they kept ordering the wrong headlights 3 maybe 4 times and still all of the other issues with my car that aren't fixed over a month and paid in full. The whole situation is absolutely ridiculous. Anita was wonderful Todd was useless Jeff is lost and the tech that worked on the car apparently didnt understand the assignment. Ray Charles and Stevie Wonder could and would of done a better job than this! My next step is the BBB because this isn't okay at all! I wouldn't allow these people near a car if I had known it would come out like this! So if youre looking for a shop I'd keep looking if I were you!

It was bent so badly I couldn't open and close it properly.. I was going to drive back to my home in Chicago and have it fixed but decided to Google an auto collision place nearby. Classic Auto Body popped up on my phone. I drove over and I couldn't have been happier that I did. I found someone in the garage (Jamie) working on a car and told him what happened. Tim Sebastian is a very crooked person and a complete liar. He has to be the biggest moron that…read moreclaims to operate a Body Shop. Took my truck to him because I grew up around the shop and used to hang out there and always liked Tim. As a customer he lied straight to my face multiple times miss-quoted the entire vehicle that was taken to him. Always had an excuse for work that was not being completed. Would not answer any of the calls from the insurance and the vehicle set at his shop for a year and a half because he does not know how to do his job. He claimed the truck was inside his shop and I found it up in Seymour torn to pieces. Ended up taking a vehicle away through my insurance to another person that totaled it out because of all the excessive damage that had been done and a lot of the parts that had been left in the bed of the truck in the weather and rained on. When picking up the parts left over from him, he didn't even have the guts to face me in person. Had someone else show up like a complete coward he is. He missed quoted the complete drive line underneath and a bunch of miscellaneous parts all through the front end of the vehicle, a bunch of rusted up junk to piece it back together from what he had done. I purchased the vehicle back to rebuild myself. There are so many cut corners and used crap that he done trying to piece this vehicle back together. I do not know how this guy business for this long. Avoid avoid avoid at all cost Unless you wanna end up in the same situation.

Second time, I went there because I received a letter from Ford saying that I should go as soon as possible to a Ford garage for an airbag recall, I went there and the guy at the service desk (Travis if I remember well) has been really rude to me, almost saying that I was saying BS about this airbag recall and also talking about the passenger airbag whereas I never mentioned it (I was coming for the driver airbag as mentioned in the letter from Ford). I've never felt this unwelcome, I could feel that I was annoying them both time I went there and they are not even good at diagnosing an issue. Would definitely skip this garage to go to a more skilled, customer oriented one.
