Around 1 they still weren't there so we called again. We were told police run took longer and they were on their way. At 5 pm they still had not picked up the car. We again called and they said they were on their way. At that point we asked for a refund and went somewhere else. Almost a month later and we still have not received our money. Horrible communication and customer service. Question if they are even legit.
