The last time I purchased a new vehicle, I ordered it built to my specifications by the factory since none was available like I wanted. This no longer seems like an option since no one can give you any clear answers about the delivery timeline. The sales manager introduced me to Xzavier and he showed me a 2019 Laramie 1500 Crew Cab truck with low mileage and the necessary tow packages I needed that they had on the lot. The only con for me was the engine was a Hemi, hence not very good gas mileage. As it will be an every day vehicle, I was hoping for better mileage. But overall I was happy with my experience here and could do some business in the future.

It wasn't in the protected service lot to stay overnight, but I wasn't going to be allowed to take my own property after driving over an hour because the guy went home shortly after I was told to make the drive. And after all of this? I paid over $1k with absolutely no information about how the service went, the life left on my tires, nothing. The mechanic that put through my bill was nice, but this is the worst experience at a dealership I have ever had.

They told us that as a result of a class action lawsuit Honda extended the condenser warranty to 10 years. What a surprise they couldn't find a leak. They filled it with freon and told us to come back if there were any issues. Less then two weeks later it stopped working again. And wouldn't you know it they found a leak! But of course it MUST have been caused by a rock and therefore it is not covered by the extended warranty. So we had to spend a total of $1400 to fix this "magic" leak. Moreover, the manager is never, ever available or able to make any return calls made. So, when tax time came around, I had not received any paperwork about the tax credit and the IRS has no record of the electric vehicle purchase for an eligible vehicle! I literally have the receipt, the paid in full check info, and the title. Yet, this is going to cost me $7500 of refunds that are due to me. Sickened by this dealership.
