They've claimed shipping issues which might be the case but still yet over a month I think not they kept ordering the wrong headlights 3 maybe 4 times and still all of the other issues with my car that aren't fixed over a month and paid in full. Ray Charles and Stevie Wonder could and would of done a better job than this! My next step is the BBB because this isn't okay at all! It has been two weeks since I voiced my concerns with the corporate offices - a quick response saying that my concern was on their way to the leadership team. I did get a note with what I thought were your suggestions for talking points. Sadly, it turned out to be your Built on Trust. Driven by Community, advertisement. Built on Trust - damage was done to my car while it was at the Columbus shop. The front desk staff denied it, they tried to get my insurance company to pay for it, but a review of their photos when the car was dropped off clearly showed the damage. Thankfully it was repaired, but why was I not given any paperwork about that repair? Why didn't the contact person investigate this further, they had the photos. Caliber of Columbus, Indiana denied damage that they eventually found proof it was their fault, then perhaps not wanting to leave a 'paper trail' provide me with no paperwork for what was done for the repair. No Trust Points Earned. "Your Satisfaction isn't just a goal, it's what drives us." - Clearly, my satisfaction with a problem with the repair or even having an answer to an issue that has evolved is nothing you care about OR I would have had someone in the past 4 weeks return my call. How can you claim "Satisfaction" when you fail to return calls? As I continue to read the claims, it looks like I have a lifetime warranty and your 'backing up of all your repair work.' If you never return a call about a problem, how can you own this statement. I have found not only Caliber of Columbus, Indiana (4300 N 50 E Columbus, Indiana 47203) but also Caliber Corporate where you cannot have trust in their business and warranties, and customer satisfaction is poor - you will never get response from an inquiry. I've never felt this unwelcome, I could feel that I was annoying them both time I went there and they are not even good at diagnosing an issue. Took my truck to him because I grew up around the shop and used to hang out there and always liked Tim. As a customer he lied straight to my face multiple times miss-quoted the entire vehicle that was taken to him. Always had an excuse for work that was not being completed. Would not answer any of the calls from the insurance and the vehicle set at his shop for a year and a half because he does not know how to do his job. He claimed the truck was inside his shop and I found it up in Seymour torn to pieces. Ended up taking a vehicle away through my insurance to another person that totaled it out because of all the excessive damage that had been done and a lot of the parts that had been left in the bed of the truck in the weather and rained on. When picking up the parts left over from him, he didn't even have the guts to face me in person. Had someone else show up like a complete coward he is. He missed quoted the complete drive line underneath and a bunch of miscellaneous parts all through the front end of the vehicle, a bunch of rusted up junk to piece it back together from what he had done. I purchased the vehicle back to rebuild myself. There are so many cut corners and used crap that he done trying to piece this vehicle back together. I do not know how this guy business for this long. Avoid avoid avoid at all cost Unless you wanna end up in the same situation.
