Wonderful DJ playing EDM/throwback remixes After about an hour of dancing and paying for more drinks, I was told out of nowhere that we were needing to leave because we were too drunk. Now, I am absolutely not against bars that have security for safety and keeping everyone at a responsible level for the night, but an unwarranted escort out without reasoning was so crummy I didn't ask why or put up a fight, my only assumption would be that another group wanted our table and they had to find a reason to clear it I say it from my chest that this bar had another reasoning for removing us because WOW if anyone saw us there was not a single person there that was too drunk to drive home let alone dance But what a waste of a good time. Bought an $80 bucket of drinks (6 seltzers....) and not even 15minutes later we were bullied into finishing our drinks and leaving because it was slow and they decided to close early. Checked out HiFi and it was a solid time. Nothing mind blowing, but good music and a chill vibe carried the experience. Crowd was fun, not too packed, and the space had a nice energy to it. Drinks were on the expensive side, which is kind of expected for the area, but still worth noting. You're definitely paying more for the scene than the cocktails themselves. Overall, it's a cool place to hang for a bit, especially if you're already out and want somewhere with solid music and a good atmosphere. Just don't expect to leave with a full wallet. read more

We went last night, Nov 28, 2025. This place is a scam (or at least the guards are scammers). A bunch of the bars on that strip don't allow "cut off sleeves" -- at least for men because women are always allowed in without sleeves -- but those other bars told me HiFi allows it. To be fair, my "cut off sleeves" weren't cut off, they were designed without sleeves. So we went to the side guard whom I asked about the policy. "No, we don't have that policy here but, tell you what, if they don't let you in, come back around here, slip me a 20 and I'll let you in the side door." We went to the front entrance. The guard there said, "Nope, gotta have sleeves, club policy. BUT ... you take care of me, I take care of you." What? He repeated the phrase, like a wannabe mafioso. I have no desire to go to a dumba$$ wannabe pretentious joint with ridiculous rules like that; there's no way I would pay to get in there lol. So funny of them to think I'd care that much about going in. When we went back around to Whiskey Row (which I highly recommend as they have great stuff and no stupid rules about clothing), the side guard from HiFi pulled me over again. Feigning surprise, he said, "They didn't let you in? Awww man. Well, slip me a ten, I'll let you in." Again, I said I don't care about going into a bad, cruddy bar with terrible pop/dance music playing. Barf. This place might not even have such a "no sleeve" policy; it could be something the guards made up to make cash. If they don't, they need to be aware this scam is happening...and if they do, they need to change the ridiculous policy and ALSO be aware of the guard scam. If I could give this place a zero I would went on Thursday night for my birthday with my son just to have a few beers. The bill came out and it was $81 for six beers Michelob ultra they charge 1350 or $13 and change for us service fee and a three dollar venue fee so it was almost $17 for nothing. The place was practically empty. It was early in the day and was absolutely ridiculous. The manager says it happens all the time and all they do is buy a beer for people or a drink totally ridiculous. Then the bouncer came and tried to take my chair from me because they were trying to turn it into a nightclub when there was no people in there the bartender was nice, but other than that, I would never go to this place again and I would never recommend it to anybody. Ordered Buffalo and they were dry and the chicken was terrible tasting. No sauce could hide it. Two of the three celery were rotten and should have never made it on a tray. Bouncer at entrance checked my ID and put it in his pocket, i looked at him funny and he said let me check your bag... he checked my bag and i asked about my ID and he said he put it back in my bag. As soon as i got inside i opened my bag and my ID was nowhere to be found. Went in and ordered two shots of Hennessy. To our surprise it was $25 per shot, which is ridiculous and unheard of, but okay, our fault as I should have asked before ordering. However, they charged a 22% service fee and didn't even bother to let us know or highlight it in the receipt. I honestly don't even know where to start with how awful our experience at Hi-Fi was. From the moment we walked in, it was clear this place doesn't care about its customers at all. We had made a reservation for a special occasion, a friend's bachelorette party, and we were promised a sign to celebrate the bride-to-be along with a complimentary bottle of champagne. None of that happened. When we asked about the sign, we were met with disinterest and a shrug, and the champagne? Never arrived. Total letdown. The bottle service was absolutely dreadful. We had six different girls come to our table, and not once did any of them seem like they wanted to be there. They were all visibly annoyed at having to pour us shots or refill our drinks, as if we were somehow inconveniencing them. It was honestly shocking how bad the service was. And if that wasn't enough, the constant smell of vomit filled the room all night. I've been to plenty of nightclubs, but this was the first time I was actively gagging because of the stench. How is that even acceptable? It completely ruined the vibe and made us want to leave as soon as possible. I would never recommend Hi-Fi to anyone. There are far better places in the city that actually know how to treat their customers and create a fun atmosphere. Save your time, money, and energy. This place is a joke. read more

DO NOT PAY TO SEE AN ARTIST HERE. My friend and I came in from out of town for an advertised 21 Savage show after the Super Bowl. We paid $100 per ticket. The poster said arrive at 7pm. We arrived at 7 and waited in line for 2 hours despite having tickets for the event, while other people were let into the club. We get into the club and we wait... And we wait.... And we wait..... The bar is about to close and it's 1:45AM and we've just been standing there waiting for the artist to arrive for almost 6 hours at this point. Finally, the artist comes out and just sits at a table for 10 minutes. In the last 5 minutes before closing, he said a couple lyrics of his songs into a mic while STILL SITTING so nobody could even see him, and left immediately. When asking the manager for our money back or some compensation for their false advertising and borderline fraud, he told us to "f*ck off" to our faces and walked away, even though we were being very courteous. Stay the F away from this place, seems they lost my debit card/drivers license and told me to come back the next day (a week ago), which I did. Spent a Friday night at hifi for my boyfriends birthday, and had major issues with one of the male bartenders. One of our friends ordered drinks and he took her receipt book back before she had signed or taken her card back. When asked for her card back he continued to claim he never took her card until we had 4 different people asking him to check. When he finally found her card in the book he had taken back he physically threw it across the counter at us knocking drinks over in the process. When we were visibly upset about this interaction he claimed that he could be worse and proceeded to kick us out for being upset. The GM Jake was AMAZING and let us back in after we explained what happened and told us to simply stay away from the bartender we had issues with. We agreed to do so and enjoyed ourselves up until the point where we wanted a second drink. We went to the opposite end of the bar as the bartender we had issues with and ordered our drink. And this is where the bartender that threw the book told all the bartenders at the bar that we were not to be served even though we had clearly been let back in over the misunderstanding and had only had one drink, as well as followed the instructions of the GM. One bartender even had the audacity to tell us SHE was the manager and gave us attitude, lying to our faces and telling us we continued to antagonize the original bartender we had issues with, when we clearly did not. We then went back to the GM Jake and he brought us free drinks which was absolutely amazing of him, however it was definitely not worth the hassle of trying to be out and celebrate a birthday and deal with bartenders who are so obviously rude to their customers and will group together and LIE about you because a single one has a bad attitude. read more
