All of my wires are hooked to one battery when I have a total of 4 batteries for the setup, nothing was done right I'm still having problems with my system that they said they fixed to be optimal. They fixed one thing and that was my livewells but the circulation still isn't working, the "technicians" did work on my boat charged me for parts then proceeded to tell me that they added no new wires when in the invoice you can see for yourself. The "technicians" were rude, terrible customer service and the lady that answers the phone, " I'm assuming she's the wife to "Russel" had a terrible attitude, proceeded to talk under her breath an called me a slur after I got onto one of her sons for talking bad to me when he messed up the job. If it was a misunderstanding then fine but he was a very defensive and angry fellow if you say something about his work. Not professional at all. Overall the service was terrible, I waited about 2 weeks for a whole lot of nothing, just to have to bring it back and pay another $300. They say warranty on parts and labor but that's where they get you. I felt taking advantage of and treated differently than other clients I know that came here. They still faced the same problems with service. I still gave them a chance out of good faith. Never again. Russel and Tyler were the only ones semi-professional. Also, went to get my wiring redone, they said I didn't want it replaced but on the invoice you can see "organized", definitely not.

One year later, I find the title was incorrect and TWPD indicated to me that the dealer made the mistake and put the model number of the motor on the title instead of the serial number. I called Barbara to discuss the fact that my receipt from her only had TBD on the serial number blank of the document. Barbara was extremely rude and would not listen to my issue. She stated that the TWPD was the problem and not her. I hung up on her because she would not admit she was the problem.
