Always proactive in taking care of our Regal boat and jet skis. We've worked them from technical work to winterizing for over 10 years! Literally, never disappointed on the quality of work, advice and cost. It's hard to find such - literally high quality care and experts in Mabank/GBC/Tool/Malakoff. Ashley and Tim are amazing! Sam met us at the storage unit because a tail light on the trailer was not working. He fixed it and knew everything the boat/trailer needed and advised us accordingly. They kept our boat for over a year with little to no progress made on the original issue. We were told we needed a new battery panel and ended up having to buy a completely new battery -- only for the boat to break down and leave us stranded on the lake the very first time we took it out. When we brought it back, the "new" service manager left me a voicemail with a terrible attitude, insisting the problem was the battery and not anything they had done. We were basically told to come pick up the boat and not bring it back. Well, we replaced the battery... and guess what? The boat still won't start. Since then, I've heard multiple complaints from others about this business, and if I had known then what I know now, I never would have trusted them with our boat. They clearly do not care about their customers, communication, or the quality of their work. Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.
