I have video, photography and design projects on a schedule to deliver so I needed to find a solution. Fast! I found them here on Yelp. Darin, the owner, treated me like family and dropped what he was doing to help given my circumstances. In less than 3 hours he totally fixed both the hardware and software on my machine. I wish I met him BEFORE buying the Dell... he also builds machines for clients that are absolutely bulletproof and faster than anything I can and for the money. And YOU are in control rather than some massive company like Dell or Microsoft.

My only concern was that there were so few reviews, so I thought I owed it to Ty to give him the recognition that he deserves. My SSD was 99% degraded when I finally decided to get it replaced. Very reasonable pricing and he used everything he could from my old machine. The new machine was done the next day and runs great and looks great.
