Back in March 2016, Silvio and his working cleaned out my dryer ducting on my new home. It was packed solid with lint and even a bird nest, and the dryer works very well now. I plan to have them back out every couple of years to keep it running smoothly. Update: We hired Silvio again in 2017 to clean out a very long dryer duct running through the home. Once again, he and his team brought out a huge amount of dryer lint and other debris that had been there for years if not decades. Bought a Living Social deal for carpet cleaning. Scheduled first appointment. Received a text that their machines were not working and would have to reschedule. Second appointment 1 week later, received a text that they had not been paid through Living Social and they would not clean my carpet. I would have to ask for a refund. No refund from Living Social because it was over 7 days, only a "credit". TOTAL SCAM! Don't fall for it. I wish I had seen the reviews before I got the voucher. read more

Total train wreck. I purchased a groupon and called to make an appointment. The person answered and it took me a few minutes to even realize I called the right number. Once I did I made an appointment for a few days later (I should mention that he asked for the groupon number and marked it as redeemed as we were on the phone). They never showed up. No call, no apology, nothing. So I called Saturday- no answer. I called Sunday, got voice mail and got a call right back. Made another appointment. I took that day off since the appt was between 4-5. Guess what? They never showed. I called again... The owner answered and began to debate with me that he called and since no one answered he moved on! One- there was never a call- EVER that day except my 2 calls to report he didn't show. Two- he wanted me to agree he could come start a 5 room cleaning after he left that job that he was only half complete at 6pm- Which would have been at least 8pm?? I explained that was ridiculous and I was not going to have someone in my house until 11pm. After having to debate with him again regarding the fact that he had now completely blown off 2 scheduled appts I told him I wanted a refund and he said "which deal did you buy? And then said call them and get a refund". What a horrible experience- worst customer service I have experienced in years! Spend your money elsewhere! read more

I purched LMN Carper Cleaning for $85 through Living Social . On 11/19, Silvio Mokotow arrived (by himself) and proceeded to tell me that certain areas in my of-white rung would need a deep clean for $120.00. (I had assumed that this would only be an addition to the $85 previously paid.) After an very UNSUCCESSFUL cleaning...large wet spots beginning to surface...I was asked to write an ADDITIONAL check for $120. I did so and it was cashed immediately. Silvio, realizing that my carpets had not received sufficient treatment, agreed to return on 1/25. (I had left all furniture, which we had removed (he never participated in the preparation) He returned as scheduled, leaving only further destruction...large yellow spots where the identified spots STILL remain. There had been nothing other than a squirt of his "deep Clean" with no attempt to scrub or blot. An aggregate of $205.00 leave my carpets in a disaster. I called LMN on 12/04 after Thanksgiving, and he agreed to schedule an inspection on 12/08: NO SHOW. I have left messages on 12/09, 10, 11, .13...No response. Very Very Friendly (from what i assume) is a family owned business. I love supporting local when i can and i am sure glad that i did with this company. I originally hired them for carpet cleaning. the ease of scheduling was great and arrival was exactly on time. Due to me having 4 children and 3 cats, an additional treatment was recommended. this add on was explained clearly and at no time did i feel pressured to agree to it. Ultimately i did and i am glad that i did. I am pleased with the results. I was so pleased with the profession courtesy of the owner that i opened up about my needs for air duct cleaning. As i write this, he just left from his second visit where all my air ducts were cleared and treated along with dryer vents blown out. i appreciate the upfront discussions about what was needed and what was not. I feel lucky that i chose this company for my service needs and i would recommend them to my family and friends. read more

Very dissatisfied. I get my carpet cleaned every 6 - 9 months as I have small kids and this has been a very bad experience. I had good service from other companies like Kiwi carpet cleaning earlier and was expecting the same. I would NOT recommend LMN Indoor cleaning. The customer service for this company is horrible. The owner is very rude. I arranged a date for service and they never came, nor made a courtesy phone call. I called multiple times and received no answer. Keep in mind, I already paid for their business through Living Social. I wrote a bad review and the owner returned my call furious and totally unprofessional. He used words like "you people"... Hmmmm. Needless to say, I would not recommend this service to anyone. if their customer service is this bad, i can only imagine the product. read more
