We have used LMS twice in the past year and both times they were outstanding. First time Rob and Marcus came out and literally saved my wife's life! Somehow the wiring inside her bedside light broke and when it stopped working we called LMS. Rob and Marcus came out quickly, worked cleanly and fast, came in wearing face masks, and sized up the situation very quickly. Turns out the wiring in the light was actually somehow electrifying the entire lamp! So if my wife had even touched it again it would have electrocuted her. After checking wiring throughout the bedroom, Rob and Marcus discovered that the only problem was the lamp, so we didn't have to tear up any walls to replace wiring. Then just this week we called them back to help replace switches throughout our house. With our three young boys at home for the past 16 months, they managed to break almost every single one of our light switches. Rob and CJ came in (again already masked, which I appreciate), worked quickly and cleanly, and did a great job. They replaced 11 switches, a few outlets, and were done in under 2 hours! Excellent quality of work. 4 years ago LMS replaced my old outdated circuit board in the basement of my 1940s Era home with a modern circuit board and re routed all the wiring and the breaker board outside as in modern homes. The job was done quickly, professionally, and I've never had problems since. They charged me only $400 for this job, which took two electricians 4 hours to complete including parts and labor. A great bargain However now that this company is now popular, they charge through the roof. I had another electric job - installing a few lighting fixtures. Of the three estimates I recieved for the same exact job, LMS came in 30% more expensive. I chose another contractor. LMS Electric installed two 240v outlets in our garage for EV charging. Cassie was a pleasure to work with in order to arrange the free estimate. Louis came out and did a thorough inspection of our main electrical panel (We are a 6-unit condo building). He suggested a couple of different ways to proceed with the installation and promptly provided a quote. He listened to all our questions and answered them in a way we could understand. He suggested a couple of safety enhancements to make sure we wouldn't have any problems charging 2 cars at once. The installation was clean, with all conduit well placed and secured. When a small problem was discovered after the workmen finished, I reached out to Cassie right away to report it. She immediately got Louis on the phone. He contacted us within 30 minutes and said he would do his best to correct the issue within that day. EVEN BETTER! He arrived on site himself with 45 minutes and fixed the issue! I had LMS Electric come out to my house after we had a disaster of a remodel, in which many things were not completed correctly by the General Contractor that we hired. When I called I was greeted by a very friendly voice who transferred me to the Service Coordinator. She was not only able to schedule for the Service Manager to come out but was able to have him come out the same day. Mike, who is the Service Manager showed up on time and was very warm and friendly; but more importantly he walked me through not only the issues with the work that had been completed but was able to give me multiple options to remedy the problem so we were able to find the most cost efficient and effective way to complete to get what we needed taken care of. Once, we had decided what needed to be finished, Mike was able to get me an appointment to complete the work the very next day. Had an issue with my sub panel, so i got on yelp and called LMS Electric. Spoke to Louis, explained the problem briefly over the phone and he was able to give me some instant feedback. I asked him when he would be able to schedule an appointment and to my surprise he was able to come out to my home within the 15 minutes. After doing an initial inspection, he figured that the problem could be some loose wiring. He ran some test and secured some wires, also checked the main break of our complex. It seems like he fixed the problem with some standard trouble shooting which was a huge relief since I have a new born. When we decided to do a DYI fix by adding a new transformer to our electrical system, we blew out lamps, routers, darkened the whole house and called the fire department as things began to smoke.
