Chair broken, the massager was sticking out & into my back. They did not offer another chair, even though they were all vacant but one. I had to sit up the whole time and couldn't lean back. I went here for a pedicure and I was very happy with how it turned out! The whole experience was 5 stars! The chairs are the ones that give the really good massages! It is a huge reason why I go back! It is very clean inside, they are continuing COVID safety measures but it does not take away from the experience at all! I made an appointment ahead of time and was taken right away to the pedicure station once I picked my nail color. They did a great job, it felt clean, and everyone was very nice. The reviews from the past should be taken with a grain of salt in my opinion. It appears that they have improved a lot since then! read more

I go to this salon on occasion, but will not be going back. The towels they use are filthy, badly stained and the pedicure tub does not have a liner. The vests the women wear are dirty. There were bugs crawling on the floor and flies flying around. Also, they are dishonest about their prices. I was shown a price of $40 for a pedicure, and was charged $60.The price is not shown on the receipt. Very shady! The woman doing the pedicure was very rough and it was painful. I had my nails done with dipping powder and a regular pedicure. I was pleased with the way they both turned out as far as the shape of the nails, the colors, and how long they lasted. However, I'm a little concerned about the cleanliness here. The manicurist did my nails over a towel that had clearly been used and there was no liner in the tub for the pedicure. read more

I have been using LNC since they opened. Went back after they had been closed for the virus. Since then I have fungus on three nails. I did some research and they should not be using the same dip powder on multiple customers. It should be put in a smaller container and excess thrown away. I tried this salon for a Mani pedi the day before I had a big wedding to go to and I regret it. I had a French manicure that I paid a $5 premium for over the $35 I was charged for a combination manicure pedicure. It was done so badly - the girl smudged one of my nails and left a glob on the white tip and was going to leave it like that until I asked her to re-do it. By the morning of the wedding one of my nails was chipping off on the white part. Luckily I had some white polish and was able to touch it up. By the time I got to the reception at least three other nails were chipping on the white part. It was the worst French manicure I ever got and I will NOT be going back. The place is very small too and they don't use the liner's for the pedicures which I prefer. read more

I decided to try this place due to the nail art I saw on Facebook. I went in and its decorated nice, clean and the choices of polish are amazing. After that its all downhill. I have never seen a worse set of gel nails by a so called professional. I had to go to my old salon and get them fixed an hour after LNC did them. The gel was all over my the skin around my nails, she did not even push back my cuticles. She cut me twice then proceeded to put nail glue on the cut and then ended up putting hard gel over it. The tech did not introduce herself...... She mad my nails so thick it looked awful. I asked her to lower the curve because the nails looked almost horizontal, which she hardly did. Totally disappointed, will never go back. The med nail techs looked like they did a decent job. Don't go, don't waste your money or your nails after they drill your nail bed. read more

I've given this place a chance and have been going there since they opened. At first they were great- reasonably priced and thorough. But recently they've been disappointing me. They have new employees every time I go in and each employee is sloppier and rushes through instead of taking the time to make sure my nails are nice. read more

Usually get my nails done and they last pretty long, however, I've had to wait up to an hour without notice I'd have to wait that long. "15 minutes, I'll be right with you, sit here and I'll come over soon." In addition, I find Cindy gives no time or effort into her work. I got my eyebrows waxed by her and NEVER AGAIN! She literally took off half my eyebrow hair and it's so crooked. Very upsetting. read more

This was my first time visiting the nail salon. When I first arrived I discussed pricing for the 2 kids with me to get both hands and feet done, the tech gave me a price and told me what the add on cost would be, I told her no problem. When it came time to check out she changed the price (more then doubled what we discussed) and she began yelling at me in front of a room full of other clients when i was trying to understand how she came up with that total. I didn't care what the price was but it's the principle of her charging more then double of what we originally discussed and then disrespecting me by yelling at me. I'm sure they were wondering why I didn't tip, they can take their tip out of the extra that they charged me, it's a shame I won't be returning because the tech that did my pedicure was really good. read more
