Quality Quick food! Lots of options, & drive thru available! On I-80 westbound we decided to stop at yet another McDonalds thinking there wasn't much for decent coffee immediately off the interstate. I spotted the LNK food plaza, with 'Expresso Bar' so we went there instead and were not disappointed! We ordered everything we could want all at the drive thru! I got a vanilla latte & an egg/ham/cheese croissant from Fly-By-Cafe. The latte was great and the croissant was delish, the croissant itself was quality. My husband got a cold brew coffee but also ordered chicken tenders from the TC's and they were very good too! I would come back and try the Asian food next time read more

Larry has done a very good job of revamping this food court. There is an espresso bar, a Baskin Robbins, TCs Chicken, BIG 10 sub shop and Samui, a Thai and Chinese selection. I love it when I come in and Larry is here giving his staff a hard time, I imagine he is quite fun to work for as everyone behind the counter seems to enjoy his banter quite a bit. I see that some reviews are unhappy with wait times, but I've NEVER had that problem. Sometimes I call ahead, but most of the time my orders are spontaneous. I know for a fact that Larry has a lot of respect for the guys on the 155th Air Refueling Wing. The food here is amazing. My husband is a big fan of the Subs and the General Taos chicken, and the crab Rangoon rival Zhangs. The potstickers and accompanying sauce are amazeballs!!!!! read more

With all the choices at LNK you would think we would find something we liked between the four people in our party. Below are the places we ordered from, the item ordered and the person's reaction when I asked them: TC's Chicken: 4 piece chicken with fries- "it's okay." Big Ten Subs: Italian Sub - "it's okay." Samui Thai and Chinese Food - General Tso's with Crab Rangoon - "it's okay." Samui Thai and Chinese Food - Chicken Pad Thai with Potstickers- "the potstickers are good, the Pad Thai is okay." So... I'm sure you noticed a trend. Everything we ordered from three of the four restaurants was "okay" (and yes, they really all said the same thing). I wouldn't recommend trying LNK's. Needed a quick place to grab lunch with several adults and 6 kids. The service was friendly, but seemed a bit overwhelmed. We had a variety of foods - including several options at the Thai place and the chicken/sandwich place. The food was prepared fresh and the portions were pretty good, but no one was overly impressed and several were relatively disappointed. The best food was the yellow curry with chicken. Just ordered a turtle mocha at the drive thru. After I paid I drove up to the second window and waited over 5 minutes for my drink. There was no one in line in front or behind me, and there were only 2 cars in the parking lot. I was about to go inside to check on my drink when it was finally brought to me. My HOT drink was made in a clear plastic cup, clearly meant for cold drinks. I went inside to have it fixed. The woman who fixed it didn't say ANYTHING to me. No apology, nothing! When I finally tasted it it was luke warm and did not taste like coffee. Rather it tasted like cheap hot chocolate. My boyfriend wants to try the other places in the restaurant but I will not ever buy another coffee there. And when I do return customer service needs to be a lot better. I try to spend my money locally, but I won't pay for this again. read more

I stopped in for a quick, late lunch. The place was clean and not many people. They have booths and tables you can eat at. There are 5 places and I chose Thai. I went with the pad Thai. It was good. Not too big and not too small but a little pricey, add over $1 for shrimp. The employees seem to work multiple kiosks. I would certainly head back to try other things. read more

Great place to grab some grub. Whether you want delicious coffee or smoothies from Fly*By*Café (my favorite is the strawberry banana smoothie), or Crusted Crunch chicken strips from TC's Chicken (try the Spicy Asian sauce), or the chicken fried rice from Samui Thai and Chinese food. Expensive prices for ordinary, hum-drum food. My party ate all Asian foods. None were impressed in a positive way.

I don't know what to say. There were three Air Force guys m waiting for over 55 mins. Way to treat your service members. Another couple waited over 40 mins and the workers come out to tell them they "ran out of beef". Why couldn't you have said something when they ordered. Big ten subs is just as slow. I guess this is what happens when you lack management and supervision. If you like to wait around to eat sub par food this is the place. Otherwise don't waste your time. read more

What a unique establishment with 5 distinctive choices. I was in need of an afternoon ice cream break. So easily accessible from I-80 or the Lincoln Airport (across the street from McDonalds). I enjoyed a 2 scoop waffle cone at Baskin Robbins 31 flavors. The staff was friendly & the dining area was very clean. The five different restaurants-in-one were: Samui (Thai/Chinese), Big Ten Subs (sandwiches), TC's Chicken, Fly by Cafe (Coffee shop). Been here twice and still not impressed. The food and pricing is comparable to that of an average cafeteria. You can definitely tell freshness isn't a priority here. The service is a joke. Between the food and the service we thought we were on an episode of Punked! The old man needs to worry less about people knowing who he is and care more about producing a quality product and service. read more

Went here to catch up with old coworkers and didn't even eat because the place smelled horrendous as soon as I walked in the door. It took 10 minutes before someone even turned around to assist us. The employees had their children running around without supervision. I witnessed a little girl go up to the small buffet they have and use her own fork to help herself to the food without a plate multiple times. It was absolutely disgusting and I assume breaking many health code violations. If you can help it, do not eat here. read more

I won a gift certificate for this food court. I used to work by it when it was Great Scott's Food Court, and would never go there because it had awful service, terrible food and would make you late back to work. Hearing that it had a new owner made me change my mind and decide to try it. Going inside, it looked cleaner than before and almost all the restaurant choices were new. So my dinner companion and I walk up to the sub sandwich shop and place our order. There were 2 other customers there, both eating. There were approximately 7 employees there in matching shirts, 3 adults who appeared to be the owners and 2 young children, both appearing to be under the age of 6. While waiting for our sandwiches, one child put his fingers into the donuts in the display case and lick his fingers, to figure out which one he wanted while he eyeballed us watching him in horror. The same child then went over to the meat slicer and started "slicing" air. That's a piece of equipment​ that will make light work of chopping off donut covered kiddie fingers. We also watched multiple employees eat sample sizes spoonfuls of ice cream and the one child decided to help by grabbing the scoop and hanging inside of the freezer. After waiting about 10 minutes while our food was being prepared I was asked twice if I had been helped, so that's a bonus. My sandwich came with au jus which was served in 3 tiny cups that I could not dip my sandwich into. However, we took our food home and were relieved to have it taste fine. That's it, it was fine. Not great, not excellent, just fine. Not worth the drive across town, even though the meals were free (the value was $20, the price was $19.55 for two sandwiches). Won't be back, I'd rather go to the crappy McDonald's across the street, it's cheaper. And at least they don't allow underage children to stick their dirty fingers in your food. read more

The Thai food here is great and the prices are perfect for a simple meal out. I love the variety and the fact that there are so many options. The staff however need some retraining. While I was there this most recent time the cook was yelling at the manager in front of customers. Some of the employees clearly work hard but others give this place a bad name. read more

We stopped here on our way to Boulder in January. This is a food court which had been recently taken over by people who run a Thai restaurant in Colorado Springs. We had the Thai food. To our surprise it was excellent. The eggrolls were freshly made to order and superb. We had some noodle dishes and vegetables which are also well prepared. Well above what I would expect from a highway restaurant in Nebraska. The cook was from Thailand and knows how to cook. The owner said that they were going to be remodeling. I can't vouch for the rest of the food court but the Thai food is worth it. read more
