LNS was the selected service provider by the appliance manufacturer. Sent the first TEXT late at night "reminding" me about the service call the next morning (never heard anything previously). Then, needed my address for some reason (one would think that was sent from the manufacturer). Said my applicane was fine, since it was workign when he came...I couldn't make the intermittent problem show up. He (yes, it's a one man show) barely speaks English, then takes a service call while standing there talking to us. We eventually asked him to leave...wasted our time. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

I purchased LRTLS2403S LG fridge which brokedown twice in the past 2 years since it was purchased and is under 3 year warranty. This repair person was one of those assigned byLG/Lowes as my fridge broke down twice in the last 2 years. He was supposed to come b/w 12 pm- 5 pm today but he got the appointment date wrong and I responded by texting back to confirm the correct appointment date and time and he hasn't yet responded back. The customer service provides empty apologies, no practical help or real time knowledge if the repair person is going to come as per the appointment. Rather than 12-5 pm appointment the cc said to give this person another 2 hours or try calling , which I did. His answering service was full. Why does LG USA not remove such service centers which spoil LOWE's, LG reputation. Lowes/LG should have a mechanism when the product breakdown repeatedly to replace with a new product. With such horrible product and repair people I would not recommend the product or the repair service. Looks like the rating is skewed by having reviews by those who give this service a favorable rating. Texted my LG serial, model # and actual invoice for Refrigerator so he could prepare. A total waste of time, in and out in 13 minutes for $85. Answered call immediately to a non functioning refrigerator. Came out at 6:33pm and said 'tube clogged' but compressor is fine. $500 to replace the 'tube'. He commented didn't have room in truck to carry many parts. Packed up and said 'time to go eat dinner'. I called another company, extremely professional and walked me through what the problem was. Bottom line, replaced compressor. Hired him to come back 3 days later and clean washer/dryer and vent stacks! I felt LNS was just looking for an end of day quick $85! read more

Avoid LNS at all costs. I had Harrison out in 12/23 to replace the compressor on my LG refrigerator, which was less than 3 years old. He changed the compressor and all was allegedly well until it wasn't. 5/19/25 I find my fridge not cooling. I pull out the invoice from Harrisons last visit and I text and call to report it. Hr shows up late the next day and replaced the compressor again. Mind you as he's blow torching the connections to get the old one out there are flames all over underneath the compartment. I ask if he needs help putting out the fire and he says no. I'm stunned there is even fire at all in my fridge. Fast forward the compressor is replaced, filled with refrigerant and he leaves. I place all the food that has been in coolers back in the fridge and feeezer. Fast forward again, Thursday am it's all thawed. I panic and call and text Harrison. He doesn't reply for 13 hours. At 10 pm he texts to say he can come the next day. I had ordered a fridge for delivery Saturday Which was the day of my only daughter's wedding. Harrison finally shows up and tests the compressor and temp and then refills it with refrigerant again. He says it "might be a leak" but he's not sure. He also says I accused him of damaging my not even 5 years old fridge when things were burning and said to "take a picture of you think it's damaged". I said I wouldn't even know what I'm looking at and he said he was busy the day before and did I want to see all the texts he received from everyone else? Of course I don't care to see it. I care than hundreds of dollars in food are ruined on a Holiday weekend when my child is getting married. I ask if it's fixed and he says yes. I ask if I Should cancel my new fridge and he says yes"that's up to you". Like an idiot I cancel. Cue the clowns because the very next day it is thawed again. at 1:01 am Sunday I sent another text showing my the error code indicating a leak. Harrison never responds. I send another text...he ignores it. I send yet another and he refers me to LG. This joke of a repair person is the rudest and most incompetent indifferent "professional" I've ever seen. I will take this up with Assurion but I now have yet another fridge ordered and being delivered and I would be willing to bet, I'm going to be left with no repayment on the loss of the fridge or the perishables. I will never hire LNS Service again nor will I purchase anything from LG. LNS is horrible, unprofessional and a waste of time. And they don't care which is the icing on the moldy food. If I could give a negative star they would have a dozen. read more

My advice is make sure you have a quote for the visit as well as a quote for the service. They are 2 different things and appear to be decided on the spot after a repair. The pricing is not transparent. The communication is very poor. If you say you can fix something and then arrive at an appointment and decide you cannot fix something 10 minutes later,should you really still charge $80 for just showing up? I guess you can but the other Yelp users should be aware of this. On a side note, Samsung products are very poor quality. I would stay far away from Samsung. read more

My washing machine broke so I called LNS, and he came out and looked at it: $70 bucks; I thought the 70 dollars was for going towards the final bill, no..no. Silly me, I should have confirmed. By the time he was done it was an additional $70 bucks plus the repair cost. Was he punctual YES was he reliable YES but he was expensive. Please don't jump to the conclusion that I'm a mean-spirited, small, sad person, having nothing better to do with his life than write up long, negative reviews on service companies. This is actually a true story about an appliance defect which has not yet been resolved. My wife and I are right in the middle of it as I'm typing this... Our washer stopped working two months ago! The extended warranty we got when we purchased the appliance from Lowe's, should cover the repairs/replacement. Over the last 2 (two) months (!) we've been dealing with Assurant, Lowe's third-party warranty provider, to no avail. Two months!!! They've sent 3 different technicians/service companies out over the last two months, 6 separate total visits, changed a couple of parts on the washer, which immediately worked for a couple of cycles and then stopped working again! Samsung front-load washer. A piece of junk! A lemon!! This last technician we dealt with, a Chinese fellow who goes by the name Harrison, (possibly the LNS owner and/or only employee), was the most unprofessional technician of all. We had to call Assurant again and again and again, they sent him out three different times, he came by, tried a reset, but couldn't fix the washer, said he would report it as "lemon" to the Assurant, but when we called Assurant to check on the washer's replacement status, they had two "complete repair" reports from Harrison and NO final report from him which should declare the washer a lemon! We called Harrison right away and he said he called Assurant but couldn't get a hold of the claims department!!! When we asked him if he emailed the report, he said he doesn't have their email address and so phone calls are the only form of communication with Assurant. This sounded rubbish, it was unbelievable! But we called Assurant again anyway to confirm that info and ask for the next step in the process, asked for a supervisor and Kyle, one of the supervisors, 'assured' us that ALL field technicians communicate with Assurant warranty provider via an internal work app, filing their reports in writing! Long story short, I'm utterly baffled by seeing how many great reviews LNS has on Google!!! I'm speechless! Lack of skill is forgivable! Lack of professionalism, good manners, communication abilities might be forgivable if contextualized and relegated to various cultural or inadvertent factors. But lack of integrity, LYING to an honest customer who has had two nightmare months over this sorry appliance issue, is absolutely unacceptable and unforgivable! When I called LNS again to relay my conversation with Assurant, Harrison said he can't talk anymore, he's in traffic and that i should ask Assurant to give him a call !!! Wow!!! Customers, be aware! Employing this company might come with unexpected headaches! With Harrison's unacceptable, shameful attitude and lack of integrity, I doubt his company LNS will stay in business too long! read more

My LG refrigerator stopped working over the weekend. After a call with customer service, LNS Service was assigned as the authorized technician to service my refrigerator. After getting in contact with LNS on Monday, I was asked to wait until I received the replacement parts in the mail (compressor and dryer). I requested that the tech check my refrigerator prior to the parts arriving (in case the culprit was NOT the compressor or dryer), and he agreed. He spent about five minutes checking my refrigerator the following morning, and told us the issue was the compressor. He asked us to wait for the parts to arrive, and to contact him. The parts ended up arriving later that afternoon, but I was told the tech would not be available for service until Saturday. That would put me without a working refrigerator for almost an entire week, so I requested an earlier date. The office clerk reluctantly agreed, and service was scheduled for two days later on Thursday evening. Between then and today, the refrigerator started cooling again. When the tech arrived, he noted that everything was working properly, and nothing else needed to be done. He did not want to stay to properly diagnose the cause of the malfunction (I confirmed with LG that this should have been done). He just said "call me if it happens again, and I'll come back the same day" (which I find hard to believe, as LNS wanted me to wait until the following weekend to conduct the service). Before leaving, the tech proceeded to argue with my wife about not letting him know the refrigerator was working. We were told that we wasted his time. I am extremely dissatisfied with LNS Service. The tech did not care to properly diagnose the issue with our refrigerator, and had the audacity to tell us that we wasted his time. Unfortunately, LNS appears to be an authorized repair company for both LG and Samsung, but if at all possible, avoid dealing with this company. read more

My Samsung refrigerator started making a buzzing grinding noise today. I thought the compressor was going out. I called and spoke with Harrison at 3:45 and he was here by 4:45. It turns out that the freezer fan and evap coils were all frozen up. He used a steam gun to defrost everything. He had it resolved within 30 minutes, of that long. He was polite and courteous. I will definitely call him again when something else breaks. read more

My LG refrigerator needed its compressor replaced recently, and I'm so glad that I found LNS Service. Mr. Park was prompt, courteous, wore a mask, and replaced the compressor quickly and made sure that my refrigerator was up and running again. He was able to fit me into his schedule very quickly. LG's are known for their faulty compressors (unfortunately), but thankfully the repair was covered by warranty. I'm very glad to have a certified LG repair technician like Mr. Park nearby and I will be using him for all of my future appliance needs. Highly recommend! read more

Wow, typically when an appliance breaks down and I have to call warranty I feel like omg this is going to be such a hassle. I had gotten the infamous LG refrigerator compressor problem with mine, just barely before the warranty runs out. Then LG lined me up for an appointment at the end of the week meaning I'd have to wait a full workweek before having a working fridge again. Kind of tough to live on ice packs for a week. So I asked LG if they could do better then they connected me with LNS and Harrison came same day after arrangement first thing in the morning. He had all the parts and took care of it all within an hour. So wow, I'm feeling like appliance problems next time, no problem just ask for LNS! read more

I had originally gave this company 5 stars as the first visit was great. I have now greatly changed my opinion. Geek Squad sent this company out to repair my LG refrigerator for not cooling or freezing. Harrison repaired but the repair only lasted a few days. 2nd call to Geek Squad and they put me on a high priority and I was to be contacted by this company within 1-2 hours and they never called me. I called them and I did receive a call but said I was not scheduled until later in the week, again this is not what was supposed to happen. Harrison did come out that day and again replaced a part and once again the refrigerator stopped working within 1 day. 3rd call to Geek Squad and once again they sent this company. Harrison came out and determined that there was only 1 part left to replace and would come back later that day. He then called and made me wait until the next morning. When he came back the next he was very argumentative as I told him I have been in the repair business since 1972 and he should have come prepared with the part and made me top priority. His comment to me was "Well, it worked for a while right" and that he did not come back the day before as he had not eaten lunch. To me this is extremely poor service. I now have to make another call to Geek Squad as the refrigerator does not cool properly, freeze properly, can not set temperature controls, and it chimes off and on all day with it not even being touched. I feel this company just replaces parts and does not check their work. Geek Squad and LG is going to receive a call from me as I do not feel this company should be on their vendor list and being paid for repairs that are inadequate. Just a note, the 2nd time Harrison came out he seemed to more concerned with if I gave him a good rating rather than my repair being properly done. read more

We had our washing machine stop working out of the blue. My husband called LG and was given a couple things to try before we called for service. We were given 3 names as certified LG reps. LNS was one of them. We called and booked an appointment for them to come and check it out. Harrison booked the appointment made it clear there was an $80 charge for them to come look at it (this was totally in line with others we called). He came and looked, and we needed a new motor which was covered by LG although the labor was not covered which was explained by both LG and Harrison. He came back the next morning with the motor and had us back up and running. I have read some of the other reviews and not sure how in today's economy and market people think you should not pay for service which includes identifying the problem. This is a business. Our Samsung LED 4K TV wouldn't come on, and LNS was the assigned repair that came to our house, only 36 hours after submitting the claim for warranted repair. The repairman (Harrison) was very courteous, diagnosed the problem quickly (within 5-6 minutes), and said that he would need to order new power board. But he called to do that from the truck and found that the part was on the truck. So he immediately came back in, and completed the repair - all within 45 minutes of arrival. We're very happy with his good service. The only thing that prevents a "5" rating is that he was about 45 minutes late arriving, and I had to text LNS to find out when he would be here. Would have appreciate a little more proactive from LNS. But I'll definitely use them again should the need arise. read more

I called at 11 AM and Harrison, the owner of LNS was at my home at 5PM. Harrison was awesome! He diagnosed the problem with my LG refrigerator in 5 minutes. It needed a compressor and he had one with him and had the refrigerator fixed in 40 minutes. After he diagnosed the problem, he have me the customer service number for LG, told me what to tell them and to ask for a repair authorization number. I got the number while Harrison was still here. After he finished I asked how much I owed him. He said I didn't owe a thing. He is an authorized LG repair company and everything would be taken care of by LG. Wow! we really appreciate LG working on our 55" TV and having a technician come out. LNS team worked on the weekend after thanksgiving break & contacted me to setup an appointment. the scheduler may be a little difficult to hear, but they do good work. they work honestly as best possible as they work with the manufacturer to get parts and schedule time to fix equipment. It cannot be easy working with manufacturer to get resolution, but LNS works with them to keep all the challenging parts away from us as consumers. LNS = Likely No Show If you have something urgent -- and you call LNS to schedule an appointment to have it repaired -- do NOT trust them to show up. In fact, do NOT trust LNS Service, LLC to even return your phone call to request a timeframe they might arrive (hint: they NEVER will!). I was referred to this company by LG as the service tech in my area. He was incredibly unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate. I asked him to wait 2 mins while I attended to my baby, the guy jumped into my fridge and started emptying it onto my counter and floors. He then starts working in it and water was spilling all over the floor, hardwood floors! I told him he better have towels to dry that up before the wood soaks it in and causes more damage. He demanded I give him towels if I was so worried about it. When he finished the work and put the fridge back together he banged away without a care in the world. He damaged the interior walls of fridge with dents and holes. Dropping my glass shelves almost breaking them, his response "but they didn't, so what's the problem" He left me with a fridge that has more problems than before: dents, holes and it's not cooling at all. I had a problem with my 2 month old LG tv; the picture went black. Jack responded to service request and was able to quickly diagnose problem and ordered replacement part. LG took awhile to ship part; however, as soon as part arrived, Jack called to schedule the return visit to install. Jack arrived on time and was able to quickly install the part.
