I am not sure who they outsource the notary but my friend got rescheduled on SEVERAL times for Coast to Coast Signing. Literally had to get rescheduled about four times so far. It went from Thursdays afternoon, to night, to Friday afternoon, to Friday night, and NOW it is tomorrow? Come on that is just horrible. Wasted an entire day just waiting for this person and I do not even know if they're gonna be able to follow through with their appointment. This has definitely been a horrible time and I would not want to deal with this company at all. It should have been an easy signing but to get delayed more than two days at the last minute is ridiculous. read more

I had nothing but problems with refinancing my loan. Pretty much from day one and even after the closing. It took nearly 90 days to close and I had to demand refunds on so many items wrongly charged to me after I signed the closing documents. Today I found out from a letter by FreddieMac that they sold my loan to Cenlar (which is also a 1 star rated serving company) and I haven't been officially notified. I should probably have refinanced with the mortgage lender (Freedom Mortgage) whom I was currently with at the time. I didn't realize it could go from not good to really bad. read more

The closing promised was before 45 days, then it becomes 50 days, then 60 days, now 70 days still yet to give me a time to close. Once you lock in with them, they would be too busy to process, The consumers end up paying more through the process. After answering a bunch of his questions, he tells me he only offers a refinance or home equity loan product. He the wants me to explain WHY I want a HELOC. When he didn't like the answer he got, he hung up on me!!! Really? Never, ever, do business with this company. Maureen closed my loan in two (2) weeks [from our very first initial phone conversation to the date escrow get funded]. Many of us know that a typical mortgage loan will take around four to six weeks to close yet Maureen and her team did an outstanding job including assessing the reasonable rate to meet my need and demand.
