They actually do the callus remover well and don't just scrape your feet a little bit. It's gross how much skin they get off but exactly what I want and they clean around your toes and calluses. They do a great job with the powder manicure also. Yelp check in offer says they give 10% off but they don't do this and they seemed to not even know about it, so I told them to contact yelp and let them know. Wing and May are both really nice and definitely not trying to rip you off but don't utilize this until they're able to sort it out. My four stars is really because one of the workers doesn't understand much English at all, so it's difficult to get set up and say what you want. May came over and asked us and then explained it to her but we literally sat there sort of just looking at each other for ten minutes first.

Their space was kept clean, and they take every COVID precaution possible. I ended up going with a simple nude gel set, but the application was very uneven. You can see in the photos how the polish is thicker at my cuticle, and uneven throughout the nail. This caused the nail shape to not have much shape to it at all, even though I wanted a tapered coffin. I called and Cai was so nice and accommodating scheduling me within the hour and I'm so glad he did. Anna did my pedicure and not only was she quick but she was thorough and finished me off with a bit of a neck and shoulder massage as my toes dried. The space is very vibrant and there are so many stations, you can get services here anytime, walking in but also pretty quickly. They work hard and get you in and out. All the pedicure stations have massage chairs and I love that they use the plastic protector for the bowls. Every single pedicure tool is newly opened and previously sanitized. All of the scrubbing tools and brushes are also brand new. Only thing that would be nice is if they offered bottled water (even seltzers) or water served in something different than styrofoam cups. Becky was able to effortlessly and patiently remove the fake nails with far less damage to my actual nail than I ever could have managed. I am not in the habit of having my nails done, so not a regular client, and she is very busy, but still promptly called me when she had an unexpected opening. Terrific service and pleasant conversation... so much so, I will consider my next perhaps for the holidays!
