She was professional, kind, and so easy to talk to. We had such a great conversation. I'd originally wanted a finish that was $5 extra, but instead of just taking the upcharge, Sunny asked thoughtful questions like, "Is this for a special occasion?" and "When is that?" She explained the desired finish wouldn't last long enough for the wedding I'm attending and, since I use a lot of lotion in my skincare routine, wouldn't look how I wanted. She recommended the standard finish instead. That is amazing customer service and truly looking out for me, not just an upsell. The music playing and the images on the large screens were very relaxing!! The place itself is dingy and outdated and not too clean looking. There's a dog bed and bunch of his toys laying around... the girl who worked on me, decides to get up from my feet to pet her dog and then comes back to work on my feet without washing her hands! The towels on the table need to be replaced with new ones. There really needs to be a review of nail salons with their grading on the outside window.... I wanted a design done and the woman doing my pedicure did some half assed white squiggles that didn't even look that great honestly, and I'm not a picky person when it comes to designs. The lady that was sitting beside me finished before I did so I got to see their "sanitizing" in action and it made me sick. They threw the foot file into a bucket and then kind of rinsed the tub out and quickly wiped it down, missing spots and completely left that woman's foot skin sitting on the black foot rest. It's no wonder I had someone else's skin floating around in my pedicure tub after seeing how they "clean" it. I won't be back.
