We got here a few moments before our appointment and immediately were shown where to pick our colors (hubby refused to do hot pink nails LOL). LOVED their pedicure station setup: plexiglass between you and the nail tech, massage chairs to choose your own massage, plastic cover for pedicure bowl (so you know it's fully clean and sterilized). We were offered beverages as soon as we sat down: tea, coffee, red or white wine. I totally was about to skip but they insisted so I was like WINE not lol! They were all so hospitable. They showed us the menu for the different types of pedicures we could choose from and upgrade to. We ended up going for the basic option and didn't feel rushed or pressured at ALL. Hubby had really crazy calluses so the callus add on was TOTALLY worth it. His feet look brand new and the MANicure was perfect. He really needed a lot of TLC. It had been YEARS since the last time he stepped into a nail salon. We had such an awesome experience here and absolutely love this place. I called and Cai was so nice and accommodating scheduling me within the hour and I'm so glad he did. Anna did my pedicure and not only was she quick but she was thorough and finished me off with a bit of a neck and shoulder massage as my toes dried. The space is very vibrant and there are so many stations, you can get services here anytime, walking in but also pretty quickly. They work hard and get you in and out. All the pedicure stations have massage chairs and I love that they use the plastic protector for the bowls. Every single pedicure tool is newly opened and previously sanitized. Becky was able to effortlessly and patiently remove the fake nails with far less damage to my actual nail than I ever could have managed.
