I would give zero stars if I could. First of all the lock the door at 7 even though it says 7:30 on the door, secondly they never clean the lint traps so the dryers overheat & stop so if you aren't watching them your time just runs out & your clothes don't dry, & third this is the second time they've told me I have to leave at 8 while my clothes are still in the dryer if my clothes are dry or not. Tonight I just said "No. I'm not leaving until my clothes are dry." I don't care if they have to wait or not, this is an automated laundromat & they don't even get here until 4:30. If you can't work more than 3 & a half hours a day you are pathetic. read more

I'm done with this place. Back in august/ september it wasn't too bad, i noticed a few washers and dryers were broken, which was no biggie that happens all the time. But now it's almost the end of October and not only are there MORE broken machines, but none of the "original" broken ones have been fixed. There's empty (and probably broken) vending machines and there hardly seems to be staff here. When there is "staff" they're usually washing their clothes and sometimes passive aggressively wiping an area you were just in as if you've come into their home and made it dirty. The final straws were the both of the big washers eating my partners money last visit and now my money this visit. I'll definitely be going to the University Laundromat even though it's farther from my house, but at least the machines work and are somewhat cheaper. read more

This laundromat has been open about a month and seems to be a hit since no matter when I've gone it's been packed. Partly because of the location and partly because of the cheap machines ($1.25 will get you a cold wash on a medium-sized machine), plenty of college-aged kids are here on any day of the week. This isn't really a problem except that space is tight and the three folding tables not nearly enough to accommodate all. Also, some of the rows of machines are so tight that you have to wait for others to start their loads and move out of the way before you can even get to a machine. Still, this is convenient for folks that live in the Student Ghetto and the prices are as low as I've seen anywhere, so this place is certainly tolerable. read more

Folks, this alone is a luxury compared to the monumental treks through the dirty, smelly, freezing cold or blistering hot and humid streets of New York that you have to make, on foot, to clean your clothes. Doing laundry at a laundromat is one of the worst activities adult life has to offer, however, Lobo Laundry makes the process a little less horrendous. I've used this laundromat plenty of times and have never experienced the damaged clothes as some of the other Yelpers are saying. However, damaged clothes is always kind of a gamble when going to a laundromat. Bleach and mud problems are not something business owners have anything control over--it's all about who used the machine before you. I do see the workers wipe down the machines between people's uses though, which I think is a nice little touch. I've only ever seen 2 workers there and both are attentive. There's a restroom and free wifi for customers. They have a coin machine and laundry dispensing machine that will give out single servings of laundry soap/softener/dryer sheets. The prices at this laundromat are a few quarters cheaper than the surrounding laundromats. I do wish they had later hours (they're only open until 8:30 pm), but I totally get that they only have 2 employees. This place gets the job done. read more

This laundromat is excellent. The machines are clean and a nearly new. There is always an attendant there cleaning and helping people if needed. I feel like there are enough folding tables and seating but others have complained about it. There is street parking in the front and a large lot in the back. It can get busy at times and the best time to go is in the morning. The only thing that could make this place better is if they did wash and fold. read more

Machines only dispense enuf water to get clothes wet. Good luck on that rinse cycle. The clothes remain soapy. Stay away from the gray machines. No water to soak and clean your clothes. Lobo laundry is small and quaint, but offers a clean and friendly environment. Most customers are here to get in-and-out as soon as possible, so the turn around on dryers is great. Prices are fair and the machines are always up to date. They offer private parking, free wifi, bathrooms, snack and soda machines, and a bill changer. The one downside is they don't accept credit cards, so make sure to bring cash. And if you stop by in the am, there is a great little coffee shop next door. Compared to what is available in the area, LL is highly recommended. read more

The machines at this location are set to save so much water that your clothing doesn't even get clean. Don't come here unless you don't use soap, or are only washing a tiny load. This place is terrible, always some nasty stench coming from the bathroom. Any other choice is better. read more

what can you expect from a laundromat? answer: not much, but this place is clean. $1.50 to wash medium-large size loads, $0.25 for 12 min to dry. they also have a couple large industrial sized washers in the back, as well as a small flat screen tv. there's free wifi, a change machine, laundry detergent machine, and $1.00 for everything vending machine. there's lots of free parking in the back, and it's a 5 minute walk from family dollar, so if you forget your fabric softener sheets like i did, no stress. downsides: not that many folding tables, as was mentioned in another review, and not that many options for seating. the aisles for the washers are also super tight, so it gets cramped if it's busy. read more

I had several items stolen from my laundry, some of which happened to be Christmas gifts from my son. I didn't leave my clothing unattended for more than 15 minutes, as I live close by. I felt ok doing this, in the past there has always been a laundry attendant present. The fact that it was select items, and not an entire load makes me suspicious. I will never return, and hope you heed this warning and stay with your clothes so you dont suffer the same dissappointment that I did. read more
