I wanted to gate-keep this for a second since it was so dang good. I got a Pupusa with chicken and a Sope with Pastor. Although I'm no expert, you can really tell how fresh and authentic they were. The fact that they're located in a gas station parking lot makes it a unique experience; although I will say there are 5-6 picnic benches if you don't want to take it go (I wanted to eat my pupusa WARM). I've been here twice in the past two weeks and have not regretted coming. These tacos are authentic, fresh, and tasty. The workers are nice and they get your food to you fairly quickly. They have sauces you can use in squirt bottles and will give you a plastic to go container if you don't want to commit without trying it first. They hand make their own tortillas, which to me l, is the best start to a taco. They also only use one tortilla compared to most others using two.. which I think is a waste. The lengua tacos are maybe the best I've had. Pastor was nothing I'd write home about. I liked the homemade tortillas. Pupusa was tasty. The red sauce was flavorful. The curtido for the pupusa had a weird gray tint to it. Kinda makes sense given the fact the little bags of the pre portioned curtido all sat in a plastic bin, right by the service window without anything to keep them fresh and cold. Zero covid precautions/enforcement aside from a bottle of hand sanitizer. So, if you're willing to have decent eats at a fair price..but risk health/food safety..I guess this is the place to try? read more

Amazing tacos! Fresh homemade tortillas, warm and soft. My favorite is the lengua tacos, but my friends have tried the pastor, asada, and many others and they've always been satisfied. According to them, the horchata is also delicious, although I haven't tried it. The tacos are soft tacos that come with onions and cilantro by default, and they include a lime slice, cucumbers, and radishes on the side. You can customize your toppings though, I know avocado is available for an extra charge. Salsas are also available free of charge. There is outside seating. read more
