My oh my where do I begin. now I've only ever gotten the burrito, but Jesus on a Christmas tree it's the most delicious authentic well made burrito I've ever had. Juicy steak pair it with the lime and spicy mayo. There service is friendly & efficient with hot food coming out everytime. I frequent as much as I can. The outside seating is clean & more than any food truck I've ever seen nice area next to a gas station, which is great because I live kinda far from it, but more than worth the drive. Lobos is one of the best places in the area for Tacos and more. Today was my first time dining at the food truck. Service from Carmen and Lalo was wonderful. We took our time deciding which items we wanted to try this visit. Previously we had food catered for our apartment community. Everyone enjoyed the Asada tacos, sauces and rice and beans. My daughter decided on an Asada Steak quesadilla with rice and beans, and I had the carnitas burrito with Horchata. Everything was piping hot and very flavorful! The cilantro, spices, limes were delicious with the verde sauce. We really enjoyed our dinner and will not be spending our money anywhere else on tacos & burritos going forward. I've been here twice in the past two weeks and have not regretted coming. These tacos are authentic, fresh, and tasty. The workers are nice and they get your food to you fairly quickly. They hand make their own tortillas, which to me l, is the best start to a taco. They also only use one tortilla compared to most others using two.. which I think is a waste. The lengua tacos are maybe the best I've had. Pastor was nothing I'd write home about. I liked the homemade tortillas. Pupusa was tasty. The red sauce was flavorful. The curtido for the pupusa had a weird gray tint to it. Kinda makes sense given the fact the little bags of the pre portioned curtido all sat in a plastic bin, right by the service window without anything to keep them fresh and cold. Zero covid precautions/enforcement aside from a bottle of hand sanitizer. So, if you're willing to have decent eats at a fair price..but risk health/food safety..I guess this is the place to try? read more

I go here with a coworker every Monday it's the best tacos/Mexican I have found in the area they are usually very busy between 11:45-1 but still get you your food in a reasonable amount of time and the staff are always very nice. tacos are the main item here but the burritos and quesadillas are awesome as well.
