The unique tacos (shrimp & grits - Kiss my Grits & ahi tuna - The Jeneral) were excellent, and the asada on the bamba fries was so juicy! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The vibe was fun, and there was plenty of outdoor seating on the patio as well as inside seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Day after Xmas and I awake craving tacos one in my favorite dishes. Today its food as medicine I find spicy Pico and salsa really great to flush out sinus issues. The Jeffrey is something I longed to try. A spring roll filled carna asada, chorizo and al pastor meat mixture full of Mexican flavors and a hint of Chihuahua cheese make this Mex-Asian fusion a filling, tasty treat that has a Serrano Verde salsa on the side if you want more heat. Refried black beans were so creamy smooth I couldn't get enough of these beans I added it to my taco and dipped my spring roll in this yummy mixture. The chicken tinga taco had so much protein I took out half of portion for later. You can see fresh onions and cilantro garnish the top of braised chicken that is tender, juicy all tucked inside 2 corn tortillas. I grabbed a lime from fridge to add fresh dash of lime juice to this tasty taco. Man this is great way to start my day as if it were Feliz Navidad!

These tacos are SO good that I've been wanting them since I first tried them. I came by on a whim after going to the hair salon next door and decided to try a bunch of random tacos. [[HIGHLIGHT]]For starters, it's a clean space with both indoor and outdoor seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I went on a tuesday before 12 so it was empty and my food came out fast. I got the barbacoa, carne asada, shrimp, and crispy fish taco on a flour tortilla. Other than the barbacoa which I just wasn't a fan of- I loved every taco. They all were flavorful and just melting in my mouth. I got them dirty style- which meant they came with onions and cheese and were on a flour tortilla. I was super full and satisfied after this meal and would recommend this spot!

    Lengua tacos and taco bamba

Went a bit later in the evening, so food came out really fast. Ordered taco bamba and 2 lengua tacos. Sauce bar was great!

Decided to try Tacos Bamba in the Ridgewood shopping center on Wade Ave. Nice place, order at the counter in the back. The cashier was friendly and my tacos were brought outside. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The outdoor tables were nice, and bug-free which was nice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Here's the breakdown of my lunch: Pollo al Carbon Decent corn tortillas, doubled Decent onion and cilantro Salty, a bit messy, seems to have a chorizo component to it which may account for the saltiness Good taco $4.50 Al Pastor Decent char, a few pieces of gristle Most of The pineapple pieces were inedible because they were from the center of the fruit. Salty as well, but overall nice spice level Average taco $4.50 Carne Asada A bit of char Salty Very very good pieces of steak, but no real flavor after the hit of salt. If there's a marinade it's super dilute or not evenly applied. Fix the marinade issue and this could be one of the best carne asada tacos in the area. Slightly above average taco overall $5.00 La Bamba, like many "upscale" taco-centric places charges for chips and salsa (like $3.25). What is that all about? Seriously, just stop. Folks are already kind of overpaying for these tacos and they're getting ripped off for chips and salsa too?

Tasty tacos and super fresh guac! We didn't have drinks but the bar looked well stocked and inviting for a drink after work or to watch the game.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This restaurant is spacious with a lot of seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After placing your order at one counter you pick it up at another one. I asked if I could substitute flour tortillas for one of my tacos two tacos. The clerk told me that she could but didn't tell me that there would be an additional charge of 0.50 cents to do so. I don't mind paying extra but I would appreciate being told that there are extra fees to do so. The tacos were filling & had a lot of meat. They tasted good but the Barbacoa was a little salty & the lamb birria didn't come with consommé. There is an extra charge for it. All of the birria tacos I've had in the past included consommé without an extra charge. I asked the clerk if the corn tortillas were cooked and cashier said yes. My tortilla wasn't cooked.

Came across this place through the offline Raleigh Durham service - [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place is a little confusing at first but as you walk in you understand where to order and pickup ![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It has a great vibe and good crowd![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We got 4 tacos (2 regular and 2 speciality) Birria and chorizo from the traditionale menu and taserface and taco bamba from the neustro(speciality) while taco bamba was very good too, Taser face taco blew us away! It was the perfect melange of everything we never knew was needed in a taco! Sweet spice crunch and everything nice! Had to go get another one bcz one of it was not satiating enough! One of the most elite taco experiences we've had in a while Would definitely be back to try more items

Sweet Baby Jesus and Wolfpack Poutine.

Place is nice, but tacos start at $4 for a standard taco, and $5.50 for specialty tacos. No combos with rice or beans. But the rice and beans for about $4 is large enough to share. No chips included either. Orders include free coffee! I don't drink coffee. I had a "Sweet Baby Jesus" and a Wolfpack Poutine". Tacos are standard small tacos. Tasted good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Big covered porch outside. Pets welcome. Gave one star for that.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]First time visiting here and the indoor and outdoor space is cute and spacious.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Lot on options on the menu to unpack but I got two tacos :the Al paco (had chicken in it) and the taserface (had brisket in it) . I was bummed that the queenbee taco was out. Ordered at the counter and they bring the food out to you. They did have a sauce bar and also an indoor/outdoor bar to have a drink. The tacos were good. If I had added some hot sauces on them they wouldn't been top tier. I thought they were pretty filling and tasty. Reminds me a bit like Torchy's !

[[HIGHLIGHT]]My daughter wanted to eat here because of their great outdoor seating area.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Large menu and you place an order at the counter and they bring out the food to you. I ordered the Jeffrey which is a basically a huge beef egg roll and it was large enough for two meals. It was very spicy and delicious.

I appreciated the service during my visit. I loved the pack of the bowl salad with the AL PASTOR spiced pork & pineapple and the rubia for dessert; both were delicious. It was a good experience overall. The dining room was clean and organized. Although it was packed the service was great and the food was fresh. Adding: chairs could be better here

I had the flounder tacos, which were fresh, flavorful, beautifully seasoned but not hot or overly spicy and included fresh corn, slaw and magic. My husband had a summer vegetable risotto with pan seared salmon and he raved about it. We each had the classic old fashioned with the restaurant's signature bourbon and we shared an exquisite peach and bourbon bread pudding for dessert which was surprisingly light, but a large enough portion for us to take some home in a to-go box. The vibe is beautiful. The owner Hali stopped by to chat with us and the host, John, was a pure delight. Relaxing evening, great ambiance and service and delicious food. If it's a beautiful day, I'd definitely recommend sitting outside instead. Still, the inside has a cozy, laid-back feel that works well. Shoutout to Qua, who was both the hostess and our server. She was welcoming, attentive, and handled everything smoothly, even as a few more parties came in while she was the only one serving at the time. One thing I really appreciated was that she let us know upfront what items were out of stock before we even looked at the menu. That level of transparency is huge and makes the experience so much better. My son ordered a slider with fries from the kids' menu. It comes with just one slider, so I ordered a second, definitely the right call. He enjoyed it, and the fries were cooked well, just a little on the salty side for our taste (ketchup helped balance that out). I had the shrimp tacos. It's packed and perfect portion for lunch. The shrimp, pineapple slaw, and chipotle mayo was a nice mix. The restaurant was clean (including the bathrooms). The location is also a plus, super close to the Art Museum, which makes it a great stop before or after visiting. Overall enjoyable, and I'd come back, especially to try more of the menu and the drinks.

Tucked above downtown Cary, this cocktail club delivers specialty drinks that are both creative and dangerously easy to keep ordering. The vibe is relaxed without trying too hard, making it equally perfect for catching up with friends. The real standout for me though? The massive outdoor patio. Spacious, laid-back, and ideal for lingering over cocktails way longer than originally planned. Cary keeps getting cooler, and this place is a big reason why.

It was me and one other person and it took about 15 minutes for our waiter to come to our table to take our order or even speak to us (shockingly this same waiter took a couples order sitting at the table next to us even though they arrived way later). We understood that it was slightly busy since it's a Friday night however it would've been better to at least take our order or bring us water in the meantime while also letting us know we had to wait that long. I grew very impatient and ultimately wanted to leave the establishment altogether at this point. Once we got our drinks (I ordered The Middle Child) they were both way too strong to even take a sip.
