I am very satisfied with the work and knowledge he brought to fix a simple mistake from Cal-West Glazing that caused a leak from my upstairs tub's snout that leaked down my lower story ceiling. Francisco came to the rescue and fixed the issue that CalWest Glazing failed to fix as the owner tried blaming me that I had installed the snout thereforeI created the leak. His "employee" took off shower head snout, etc. however they "Cal-West Reglazing" failed to make me aware they don't reinstall unless you pay an additional fee. As Francisco came to address the companies mistake which they refuse to accept, his knowledge and experience concluded that indeed the employer lost a tiny part from the snout and conveniently wanted me to install the snout so it would leak and blame me for installing it. That's the type of nonsense we "customers" unfortunately have to deal with. But, Francisco is far beyond these unprofessional individuals! Thank you Francisco for your help, knowledge and integrity! Francisco was wonderful!! He came over to actually see the things I was wanting done. Francisco was very knowledgeable and suggested other ideas and solutions. He also told me flat out on other things I had questions about if he could do them or not. I always appreciate someone that is honest and humble enough to say No they really don't do that or they dont because of "said" reason. And then he suggested other service professionals who might be able to help me further with it. Also he was polite, not pushy and I felt safe with him in my home. I wanted a shelve over my washer and dryer and I needed the seam, where the roof of my sunroom meets the house re-caulked because water was leaking in. Also I had him put together a sofa table and 4 barstools. Francisco was efficient and mentioned issues like on of the barstools; the screw wasn't long enough to hold the leg tightly. I had an assortment of hardware in my shed and suggested if he wanted to look for something similar in size but longer he was welcome to. Which he did and found one and replaced the screw and completed the install. The price I paid I thought was acceptable. It wasn't overly expensive and the way I looked at it, it was better than doing it myself. Francisco made payment easy also. He accepts cash or Zelle transfer. He does take credit cards but transfers the % the credit card company charges him for card usage to you so it's not costing him additional money. I would definitely recommend his services!!
