Got a call that day to make sure things were going well and another call when the packing was completed. Next day 4 people showed up to load the truck and move us 3 miles away. Very hard workers, professional and experienced. Got the two calls again that day. They were very careful when unloading, asked where I wanted things placed. As I started to unpack, I found a lamp shade at the bottom of a box, all crushed. Was quite amazed at what I found in the boxes.. I would assume like items would be packed together....but it appeared they just made sure the boxes were full. Many boxes not labeled, which would have been helpful. Never did get another phone call, which to me should have happened so they would find out how the team packs out a custome.

We weren't there to oversee the packing and weren't totally sure what to expect. The crew finished packing up the PODS more thank two hours sooner than we anticipated (literally saving us hundreds of dollars). Our things were in storage for over a month and the PODS were just delivered and unloaded. I need to give credit where it's due. The PODS were packed SO well! Everything was wrapped and padded perfectly and nothing broke (even the fragile things that were barely unbroken when they were loaded). I am honestly so impressed. We have moved numerous times and this was our best experience with a moving company.

He worked with me to schedule a time which was actually earlier than I had asked for, which was better for both of us. He arrived early, and began right on time with two of his assistants. They emptied a very-full 20-foot truck in two hours, which was the time we had agreed upon. Some of the items were extremely heavy and needed to go down a flight of stairs, but they never complained and got everything exactly where I needed it without hitting any of the walls.
