We came in on a Tuesday evening around 5:00. We had a larger group, 11 people, but we're willing to split up if needed. The hostess/manage/server was so disrespectful and rude. I'm not sure what she was as she acted like she was in charge but ended up waiting on us as well. The food and drinks were good but her attitude spoiled the experience. Half our party was seated outside and half of us were inside. The half outside had to go inside to order, carry out their own drinks and go inside if they wanted refills on drinks/water. The party inside had the snotty waitress that was put out that she had to communicate with us. She took our order and thankfully another server brought us our food and drinks. We tipped the server that actually served and communicated with us. Even though we enjoyed the food we won't go back due to the absolutely horrible interaction we had with this employee. read more

Great find in Chelan. Everyone was satisfied with their order. It was good for a group of eaters with diverse tastes. They had good easy pepperoni pizza and great - more exciting pizzas. There was a long wait for a Thursday night 30 minutes. But in summer it's understandable in Chelan. We only saw our waitress 3 times but she did recommend the chrome which I ordered and it was very good. I was not sure about the sauce, only a sesame oil but the cheese on the pizza definitely balanced well with the oil. We also had the firecracker calzone which was delicious and very spicy - a very large portion. The small pizza was a perfect size that one person could almost finish yet have enough for leftovers. They also had a great local beer list. The only downside was that our food came very very late, we were asked by the manager if we had ordered yet and we had 25 minutes before. But he offered free chocolate mouse deserts to make up for the timing and was very polite about the situation. Overall a good stop for small town Chelan for a casual night. Perfect pizza place. Awesome beers on tap. We arrived with our 4 boys, had to wait 40 minutes for a table but it was worth it! Easy to walk around shops and burn some time. We ordered the cesar, breadsticks, and 4 pizzas. I ordered the Firecracker Pizza. It was the worlds perfect pizza for a person who loves peperoni and sausage pizza. This pie was super charged with peperonchinis, sriracha and cilantro. The magic ingredient was the Pinneapple! I normally can't stand pineapple on my pie but complimented all the heat piled on the crust. Staff was great and the owner was working the shop and making sure things were 5 stars for the guests. We were vacationing in the area and craving a good pizza so we visited based on Yelp reviews. It was unfortunately a busy Friday night so we waited 45 minutes for a table. As for the breadsticks, we weren't impressed. Thin pizza crust sprinkled with the hard Italian cheeses that don't really melt (Pecorino Romano?) and fresh ground black pepper (too much IMO). If you're hoping for gooey mozzarella sticks, stay away from these. We ordered two pizzas. One was the "pepp crunch" which was good, quite zesty. The other, a build your own which we requested the creamy leek sauce, chicken, Canadian bacon and olives. It came with the traditional red sauce. The server acknowledged it was his mistake and promptly had a new one made. I'm glad I didn't settle for the incorrect pizza because I really liked the leek sauce. read more

He's incredibly efficient, friendly and seems to genuinely want you to enjoy your meal and will do whatever he can to make sure that happens. This place was busy! Need to feed the family while on our hygge week in Chelan! Looked for pizza delivery, surpringly enough, not many options so we decided on this location. First things first, when we called, we could tell they were busy but the person who took our order could not have been nicer! I could hear and feel the hospitality through the phone. They have a great selection of pies and other items. Arrived to pick up our order and the service was just as exceptional! Very nice staff and quickly got our order together. We got two very tasty pizza's ( one with meat and one vegetarian) along with a salad. Lickety split, in and out to get back to condo and enjoy New Years Eve dinner. One of my favorite pizzerias ever. My parents live in Chelan, whenever I visit them I always request we get local myth. I get gluten free, they get regular crust. It's hands down one of the best gluten free crusts I've ever had. The creamy chicken and garden noveau are my personal favorite. Unfortunately, my family and I decided to go to the so-called "amazing" pizza joint in Lake Chelan. We showed up waited for 5 min in line then asked the hostess politely for a table for 7. The woman said seating us was not possible & gave us NO other option! (Keep in mind she was seating people in front of us with no reservations). She proceeded to speak down to my family and said could not seat a party of seven (understandable...they were busy) so we asked if we could split up. She looked at me like I was an idiot & with a big sigh she said ..."I need to go check with my manager". She came back and said sorry it will be a 2.5 hour wait. (they had been seating people without reservations in front of us for 20 min) She did not offer us an alternative or take out or anything she just stared at me as if I'm supposed to just except her answer. Her manager came out of the restaurant but "only" after the damage was done. I told the manager (who was polite) we were very disappointed with the extremely rude experience . FYI...They just lost a potential lifetime customer. Needless to say it was a terrible experience. My family & I will never be spending our hard earned money at an establishment that treats their potential customers like second class citizens. read more

Humans are fools. That's the only possible conclusion I can reach after visiting Local Myth, where I enjoyed a pizza dinner with my chief of engineering. They ordered a plain cheese pizza (TLDR; Klingons are fools too) while I ordered a Pepp Crunch pizza. This pizza featured fresh basil, crimini mushroom, red onion, and black olive -- all quite common pizza toppings, based on Starfleet records and our own observations. But this pizza included a novel addition: "crunchy pepperoni". Imagine a finely shaved Tellarite tusk, and you will understand the satisfying texture of this crunchy pepperoni. Or, for a more local reference, imagine a finely sliced piece of prosciutto that has been crisped and then crumbled. Crunchy indeed -- but also salty and just generally tasty AF (as the kids around here say, my first officer tells me). This crunchy pepperoni is such a marvellous texture, and such a wondrous addition to the pizza-eating experience, that I can't imagine why it is not available at every single pizza establishment on this planet. Indeed, I can't imagine why it isn't a legally required topping on every single pizza EVER. There is only one possible explanation I can think of: humans are fools. read more

I never post reviews, but I feel compelled to do so today. First of all, the pizza and the salad we ordered were exceptional. However, the customer service was even better. I went in wondering why I hadn't received a text message to indicate that our order was ready for pickup as it was 15 minutes past when we were told to expect it. The hostess apologized profusely for our "missed" order and she offered to refund me or I could wait ten minutes while they rushed my order. She even offered me a beer to drink while I waited. So I waited with a cold beer for my order. We then figured out that I had accidentally put in our online order for tomorrow. It was embarrassing and totally my fault. Despite that fact, they accommodated me on a busy night with a friendly smile. My order came out quickly. What a pleasant experience! And the food was delicious!Thank you! read more

What happened to this place? We've been coming to Chelan for quite a few years now and have always come here for a pie. To start with the blond gal that brought our water must have been in a bad mood, she slammed all 3 glasses of water on our table, didn't say a word, just sort of scowled.
