Then UPS turned us away because we didn't have the right information. Finally someone explained that their system was down and walked us over to UPS with the right code. This isn't my first time with issues in service quality and accuracy with Verizon. The Martinez location that closed down was also disruptive and caused extra work for us after the sale was made.
