Jerrick and his team were fantastic to work with. They came in to install an existing mount and a new 77" TV in a brand new home. Upon sizing up the existing mount and the height of the TV above the mantel, they made a reco to change the mount to a motorized mantel mount and to wait for that to come in before moving forward. This was 100% the right call and I appreciate that Jerrick was more focused on doing what was right for the space and the home than completing a job in that same day. They installed this mantel mount yesterday and it's a game changer. I had never heard of this type of mount and it completely changes the TV viewing experience compared to regular mounts. All I had to do was clear the space where we wanted the TV installed. He was very respectful of my home and conscious of any mess he left behind.
