I called on a Tuesday and was lucky enough to get a Thursday afternoon appointment in the time frame I requested, which meant I didn't have to take time off work. I was given fair and straightforward pricing with all of my questions answered. I also noticed that they were not pushy to have me book with them, unlike other companies that feel like an overbearing sales pitch. The team arrived on time, carefully dismounted my 77" TV and soundbar, transported everything safely to my new home, and remounted both that TV and another smaller one. The entire process took less than 1.5 hours, including the drive time to the new home. They were very courteous about wearing shoe covers and cleaning up after themselves (although I told them not to worry about it because I was going to have to clean up after the movers anyways).
