Nope. Everyone has a bad day, but if so, just call the customer. GOOGLED locksmiths serving Chino California for a ignition key replacement. Obviously, need help here, car does not run without it, so there is some urgency here. Mon 3:45 PM Sept 28, 2020 I call the number from the "Google Guaranteed" locksmith that came up on the search. "Lock and Roll". My hopes are high here, and they proved to be nor ordinary - but WAY below average. Dispatcher sends me to "his mobile man" patches in "Samurai" on the phone who says he'll call in 45 minutes when he can head my way, he is on another job. OK. I gave him two hours. I called dispatch again, who offered the phone number for "Samurai" - no answer. I get text from Samurai that says "call in 5 minutes." It is his job to call me, and he does not. NEXT MORNING a call from Samurai at 10 am, and two calls from the dispatch at Lock and Roll at just before 4 pm. NOPE. Cannot evaluate their work when they skip the appointment and leave me stranded all night. Sad truth today. read more

I needed to get a spare key cut and programmed for a car that I had recently brought that did not come with remote keyless entry. I Googled and found them, they were Google certified so I thought there was nothing to lose there. I contacted Lock and Roll and they were out on a job at the time but did let me know that they would call me when they were finished and I could possibly come to the office. Within 15 minutes I got a callback​ letting me know that I could come to the office. They were about to close when they had called me back and stayed open late until I arrived. Upon arrival, I was told that I had the wrong keys and that they could not be cut, but they said that they did have a key that would fit my car and it would be a Ford key and not an after market key that I had. The manager immediately went out to my car and got the key cut and programmed quickly. Awesome service and awesome staff. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that has a key need. read more

I recently purchased a pre-owned scooter with a top box storage case that was locked and wouldn't open. The key was not engaging the locking mechanism at all. After trying a locksmith in Upland, who said that all he could do was drill the lock and most likely crack and damage the case, I searched Yelp and found Lock & Roll. We gave them a call and showed up 15 minutes later. Abdul came in a few minutes after we arrived and after I explained the situation he took my storage case and began to work on it. Took him less than 10 minutes to bypass the broken lock and get the case open, with no drilling or damage to the case! He also told me that the lock mechanism could be replaced with parts online, showed me where and how it could be removed and replaced, and told me that if I wanted he would install the new lock mechanism on my case. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice Abdul was and how he went out of his way to help me. The cost was also very reasonable. Abdul was a hero today! When I couldn't get my sister's father in law (who is my neighbor) on the phone on the 4th of July, I went to check on him. He had fallen and could not get up.
