Can't speak highly enough about Abdul, he had the best price, he came and picked me up while having a booked day and he was done within minutes. After a long night at work (I'm a bartender) I came to find someone had broke into my car, rummaged through my stuff and jammed a key into the ignition and broke it off. I figured finding a locksmith at 5 a.m. might be a little pricey on a Saturday, so I ride the bus home and sleep it off and take care of it later. Most people associate emergency locksmiths with predatory business practices. They maliciously price gouge their services because they know how vulnerable you are. Lock and Roll did just the opposite, as the price paid was well worth it. We did not feel victimized, but were treated with the utmost respect. We worked with Abdul to deal with an emergence situation stemming from a negligent rental home owner out in Riverside. The owner of the home did not receive a key back from the last guests. We could not access the rental home we paid for, and the rental owner was too lazy to drive out and let us in. Abdul recognized the urgency of our request and quickly drove out from Rancho. By the time we arrived at the rental from Arizona; Abdul was already at the property working on a solution. Thank you for your service.
