Lock and Roll did just the opposite, as the price paid was well worth it. We did not feel victimized, but were treated with the utmost respect. We worked with Abdul to deal with an emergence situation stemming from a negligent rental home owner out in Riverside. The owner of the home did not receive a key back from the last guests. We could not access the rental home we paid for, and the rental owner was too lazy to drive out and let us in. Abdul recognized the urgency of our request and quickly drove out from Rancho. This business is officially my go to locksmith! Not only were they the only ones that were able to help me with what I needed but they were quick, efficient and honest businessman! We needed keys made for our 2007 Toyota 4Runner and the ignition reset and no one out there was able to help us with that, apparently due to the year, make and model of our vehicle we were looking at the Toyota dealership being our only option. Which would have cost us an arm and a leg!! My mother in law and I stepped outside to take my 10 month old son for a walk and we locked ourselves out. Literally googled locksmith near me and this company came up first! Called them and they were SO nice over the phone and said they could get someone there in 30 minutes. The locksmith Robert then called me a few minutes later to give me his exact eta and he was AMAZING!!! He exhausted every option before unfortunately he just had to drill in. So he gets us in and we get ready to pay and asked if he had a company they would recommend to replace the knob and rekey and he said that he could do it right there! This place, these people are FANTASTIC! The key on my key fob for my Ford Fusion broke off and I ordered an OEM replacement online. I didn't know who to call to have the new fob cut and programmed. Called around to various locksmiths and found Lock and Roll Locksmiths to have the best pricing for what I needed done. The locksmiths are usually out on the road taking care of customers, but if you need to drop by the shop, they will bend over backwards to get one of their locksmiths back to the shop as quickly as possible to help you, also, if your issue is something simple like changing a key fob battery, the receptionist can help out and do it for you. Lifesavers! My boyfriend had his car key stolen and we were terrified that the car was next. The dealership gave us an estimate of over $500. In desperation, we called Lock and Roll. Abdul immediately assured us that all would be alright in no time - he drove out to us in Montclair late at night (in the rain!) with his partner Awni. The moment they got out of their van, they were very professional and got down to business. I'm honestly speechless about there amazing customer service. I called them about 6pm after there shop closed and explained that my key was completely damaged and I had tried to super glue it to just get it there, I know it was stupid and terrible decision to use super glue (we joked about it a lot lol) he literally drove to the shop with minutes of us getting there. I got there and Abdul spent so much time trying to get the glue off and it repaired and it got so late and he never complained and he told us amazing stories about the shop and made us feel so comfortable that we were in good hands. I didn't have my car with me so he followed us back to my house to test it out to make sure it worked, he is so kind and compassionate. So I was on my way back home from a party on the 210, and thought I heard something so I pulled over to check my tires. Everything was fine except that I locked myself out of my Chevy Malibu and it's after 10pm. I found Lock and Roll after a yelp search and called, Abdul and his trainee showed up in 15 minutes. It wasn't long before he made a new key BUT get this, he felt that I had had a few drinks too many and shouldn't be driving. He really seemed to know what he was doing and took pride in his work, making sure everything worked right as well as not suggesting expensive things we didn't need. Abdul is a very positive person, and a great help when an emergency hits. I had lost my car key and then my car was stolen. I'm thinking that the person who found the key is the same who stole my car. Excellent, quick and professional service! My whole house seem to fall apart and one day with a broken front door lock and window lock issues. Abdul came within an hour and had it fixed in no time.
