I have been using this storage facility since May 2023, as it was highly recommended. The storage…read moreunit number assigned to my space was 034, of which I stored a TRAILER on this property. The location is directly located next to the entrance/exit, of which they have security cameras directly observing. The trailer was parked between approx. 637pm-7:10pm; on Saturday, Aug 19, 2023. Noticed it missing at approx. 930p on Monday, Aug 21, 2023. Upon my arrival at EXACTLY 8:30am on Tuesday, Aug 22nd, I informed management of the missing trailer, of which there was ABSOLUTELY no empathy, or sense of urgency to assist with the location of the trailer. At which time I called law enforcement to assist. Upon their arrival, I discussed my concerns with the rather "secrecy" and avoidance in assisting, as the manager turned off the monitor, so I was unable to view. When the police officer conducted his initial questions regarding the when/where/why/hows - he was met with the same nonchalant approach as I. He inquired of the usage of the entry codes; of which the manager did not provide any documentation, yet told the officer he didn't see any abnormal entries - but then commence to share the scenario of it being a rather busy weekend and kids moving in/out and it's hard to manage. When the police officer inquired about his video recording system, he was told that he would not assist in any capacity without a warrant. ABSOLUTELY NO COOPERATION!!! I'm not sure if the lack of support indicated this was a theft conducted by the management staff or maybe he's aware of this type of pattern. I have notified my insurance company, have been in contact with the investigating detective and most importantly disappointed in the lack of support, empathy or assistance from your staff. This was not at all what I expected when enlisting the service of your facility!

I moved from Rhode Island to North Carolina and used Pods Moving and storage. They stored our pods…read morefor five and half months till house was ready in North Carolina at a cost of $14,000. +. We received our pods and had them unloaded in three days in December 2025. Pods kept telling us they could not pick up last pods due to trucks being down. Now two and half months later they charging us retail on that pod for month of December. I do not recommend this company for moving and storage and give them half a star. Pay by check if you do don't use debit card as they will take your money without your knowledge. Will never use this company again!!!!

The…read moreClearwater corporate offices are horrible people and won't take care of a very very big problem that may cause me my life. I'm a handicapped senior of 66 years old. I've been using and paying PODs thousands upon Thousands of dollars over the years since 2009. They are very very expensive but I went with them because of the idea of packing myself and not using a moving company which don't have the best of results. Today, my life is being threatened as PODs delivered the POD I had in their storage facility to an address that I was looking to rent. I had told PODs NOT to deliver the POD until I was sure I was getting the rental. I called them twice, I recorded the calls and they recorded the calls as well. They delivered the POD to the address of the rental that I did not get because someone else got it before me. I'm now in a wheelchair in front of the building where the POD is. There's a police officer ready to handcuff me, yes, handcuff me telling me if I don't get the POD removed from this property they will be taking me in the police car. I'm in a wheelchair I have spinal cord damages, never in trouble with anyone let alone the police and this may happen? I've called PODS cust. serv. that goes to Asian call centers, not in the USA. I called the # I got on-line to the "executive offices" whcih turned out to be a complaint center and they will not help me. They tell me they cannot removed the POD they put there in their error until l Monday, 3/21/25. Today is Wed. 3/19/25. The police office and the property owner will not budge and said if it's not removed today I will be in a jail cell. I've never heard of such nonsense but these people mean business and also do not care that I'm 66 yr old senior with spinal cord damage in a wheelchair; they just dont care. I'm all alone here, 8 hours from any family or friends trying to do thi move on my own and this happens. No one can help me at all. I will die in that jail cell for the next 6 days as I cannot walk or function without my handicapped things I need to live. Thi is the craziest situation I've ever been in and I'm frightened so badly I'm frightened for my life. I know this sounds crazy but it's exactly what is happening and I have it all on tape. I know I will eventually sue PODs and blast them on all social media but I need them to help me now, not 6 days from now and they just won't. How can they be so cruel and non-caring of another human being. Especially when I've given them so much business over the years. I beg all of you to NOT use PODs there are many other kinder more personable places that do what PODs does and they're more personal and not a non-caring money hungry conglomerate that PODs is. Update: corp. ofc Kimberly finally helped me but what pods out me thru was completely unacceptable especially since Ive been a customer for so long and spent thousands. I guess the little guy doesn't matter. I would go with a local mover next time for sure. I'm in er fm blood pressure going up so hi my leg blew up. dont need the added stress fm pods.
