cant pay my bill online or over the phone cell or land line or a link sent to my email or text message link dose not work even on a computer .the web site does not work after several attempts the service ctr hung up on me .the other service operators never called me back to resolve the issue .i have been a customer for 16 yrs .the end result is my storge with everything own is going to be sold to some stranger .my losses are in the amount of $50,000 + this is an absolute outrage because of new polices and the reason i was told is because they are protecting me from identity theft wtf blantent robery .do not rent from the company or they will do the same thing to you after 16 yrs of payments they all of a sudden they will not let me pay my bill online or over the phone wtf there robbing of bussses and every private belonging my family and my children are devistated beyond anything weave exspirence .this has put us on the streets with no recource or way to sue them for ther new policeisy's .do not rent from any company that would do this to a 16 yr long dedicated customer,!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Very poorly managed facility. We JUST rented a space from this place, and due to the COVID scare they decided to cancel everyone's codes except for essential businesses - without any forewarning. We are relocating and in the process of moving and now the rules say we have to phone ahead to be let in - but here's the catch: they take random lunches throughout the day and leave the premises without any back up -?so if you have to get in and they're gone "to lunch" you're sh|t out of luck. This happened to us at 2:30pm one day, the manager said "she" went to lunch and he was offsite, so we left and came back and the next call he said "she left early" - we couldn't get to our storage at all that day! I had to move from one storage facility (way too expensive) to Lock It Up in the space of a day. There was a tragedy in my family and we had to store the deceased person's items. A friend called to reserve the space for me and we were there an hour later. I was crying and distraught and Teresa, the manager, handled everything for me compassionately and simply. The price was terrific and she made it very easy for me. I forgot my driver's license in her office and she tracked me down to return it to me personally. I had a very easy, friendly experience here. Easily made a reservation online and then showed up with my stuff within 5 days and they were very accommodating! The lady was very friendly and found me a unit that would be the best fit for me, reminded me to buy a lock, and quoted me a first months price even less than on the website! She even walked me to the unit and let me put my stuff in while she prepared the paper work, instead of just waiting. The prices are the best I've seen in the area and the units are very clean, well lit, safe, and easy to maneuver. I had an exceptional experience here and highly recommend it! Very friendly and helpful people, the manager that was on duty was very nice, even gave me a special deal! Of all the storage places that I have done business with I have to say that this one is the best! Their is no gate code so you don't have to worry about entering the code, waiting for the gate to open, putting your code in waiting for the gate to open to get out. Also, the location is in a industrial area so seems very safe. Lastly, its not dirty and grimy like a lot of other places I have seen! I highly recommend this place! read more

Best prices I found in Santa Rosa and Theresa is a real pleasure to work with. The facility (the first I've ever used) seems very well protected and has easy access to both the location itself and the individual storage units. An elevator would be nice since my unit is on a top floor but for this price and the friendly service I'm not gonna sweat lugging the boxes up a few stairs. One nice touch is the fresh cookies in the office to munch on while filling out the paperwork. Highly recommended business. read more

great experience storing my stuff here. I am in the military so have kept my things here in storage for over 4 years and have never had a single problem. They have worked with me to get on a payment schedule that is compatible with my payday schedule which has helped a lot. Also, they are very reachable by phone and if you get the machine, they actually call you back...the longest I have ever waited was about 5 minutes. The storage space itself is relatively inexpensive and feels safer than other storage locations. My stuff never grew mold or mildew, and was in the same condition I left it in 4 years ago on the day I stored it. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing storage! read more

They are no good people and there insurance sucks they ripped me off when there roof leaked in my unit and they don't pay that much for the damage. They gave us 48hours and we got there around 3:00and loaded stuff in the truck and had to stop at 5:45and came back the next day and loaded the truck up again and stoped at 5:45again they say that that was 48hours for you to get your stuff out. Fantastic service with a recommendation. It would be brilliant if the facility granted 24 Hour access. Since access is only available while the central office is staffed, it's often difficult to access my unit at odd hours (when I'm usually able too.) She seemed genuinely concerned with making sure I was happy with what I signed up for and that I understood how to best keep my belongings safe. They keep short business hours, which is tough sometimes, but it gives me peace of mind knowing that people aren't around my unit 24-7. That can be an issue, but they tell you about it up front. The unit was clean and the place is always neat. The price was good and they have about any size unit to fit the need. I have been with this storage facility for well over 7 years. I will say that, up until 18 months ago, they were great. The facility is always clean and the staff has always been helpful. So, why the low rating? They have raised the rent there at least 3 times in the last 18 months. No explanation and no improvements to the facility, that can be seen. I am currently in the process of looking for another place to store my items and would have done so a while ago, if it were not for the inconvenience of moving everything. As far as storage facilities go, I would have to suggest that you look at other, more affordable options, that actually have security. read more
