Mostly I appreciate the patience, resposiveness and professionalism of this company and its owner, Kevin Lockett. We hired them to for a project at my mother's home in June 2024 as she was preparing to sell. They responded quickly (on a Sunday) and treated the tile and grout in a pretty large basement. It was spotless! Six months later, we hired Lock Pro to clean and polish the original hardwood floors in my home. He came out first to view the project before giving me a quote. The quote was more than I thought but it was reasonable once he explained the process. In the end, it was well worth the investment. Most importantly, I like the fact that Mr. Lockett took the time to educate my wife and me on how to properly care for our floors in the future. The two gentlemen who showed up were so gracious and professional. They immediately went about their job and did an outstanding job. These guys were phenomenol. Kevin and Leon came in, worked their magic and restored our carpet back to it's original shape and the entire house smells great! We had stains that we didn't think were going to come out because agencies prior to All Lock were not able to remove them. All Lock removed them, along with any ground in dirt.
