I realize compared to other jobs this company has, my job was small and not worth a lot of money. However, the measure of a great business is to treat small customers as well as your big customers. If you don't show up when scheduled, fail to add a job to your schedule, and keep lying to your customer about the arrival time of your tech who NEVER shows up at all...why would I trust this company with my larger corporate work? How you treat people matters, whether the job is big or small. This was unacceptable today and I did not appreciate that I had to keep calling YOUR business to find out what was going on, what happened to the tech, etc. Why aren't YOUR people communicating with customers? Why didn't anyone apologize? Why didn't anyone call before close of business to say, "Hey, we're not coming!" I was extremely unhappy because no one cared that I had taken time off work to meet the tech and no one cared enough to even CALL me and let me know what was going on. You guys dropped the ball big time here and were incredibly thoughtless and rude. Update: They just arrived at 5:36 pm. The techs themselves were GREAT and were able to do the work and complete the job. However, I wanted someone to know about the lack of transparency and communication today as it was very upsetting to me. My sliding glass patio door was broken in the closed and locked position. It uses a double latch Mortise style lock which hides everything within the door frame. It took 2 nights with research on his part in between and about 4 hours total, but he didn't give up and ultimately came through for the original quoted price. He warned there would be some scratches to get drilling done in there but it worked saving the whole glass door and frame structure. He was even right about Ace Hardware in Santa Ana carrying the somewhat rare parts I needed to replace the broken lock myself. The door and window companies I called mostly just wanted to replace the whole door and frame set which would have been much more expensive, disruptive, and about a week or more delay. I got the right guy for this job, no doubt. Many thanks! read more

Awesome service and best price! I called 5 (yes FIVE) other locksmiths and got the runaround. Some said they could not come to me for a day or 2, one shows up with "wrong type of key" after I sent him a picture of what was needed & another was WAY over priced! I am not kidding when I say over priced as in DOUBLE what Haim charged. I called Haim and he said he could be here in about 45 min. He was here a little early, made my new (correct key) & programmed the remote. He is very polite and really cares about his customers and his service level! My experience with Haim was excellent - he is a professional and honest locksmith. He arrived on time and explained the issue with my door lock which he promptly repaired for a reasonable price. I also asked him for a separate opinion on whether a different door needed a new lock, and he told me not to waste my money and to simply buy a padlock to secure the door. AMAZING SERVICE. My boyfriend and I needed a key done at 9PM and the owner hooked us up with an AWESOME deal. The service was quick, he had great customer service, and he's definitely there for THE CUSTOMER. We were looking for a place to duplicate brass keys. I had only one set of keys for both the switch and gas cap. Unfortunately I recently lost my key set. I called several mobile locksmith's in Orange County to have replacement keys made. No one was willing to work on anything older than 2004 and especially not on a 1930 Model A. Finally someone recommended Semko saying he works on classic cars. I called him yesterday and he responded to my home today. It took him over an hour to figure out the locks and generate replacement keys. Semko had to use real locksmithing skills to get the job done. He was also very friendly and took the time to explain how the spring loaded gas cap locks.
