Super friendly staff, we did Lue's garage, all the puzzles were pretty straightforward, went through it like a breeze. I would highly recommend or people who don't have a lot of escape room experience. If you have quite a bit of escape room experience might be a little bit on the easier side, but we really enjoyed crushing the room with 25 minutes to spare. read more

We recently brought a group to Locked 460 for a birthday event and they were extremely helpful and informative throughout our experience. Our instructor Katie was awesome and was right by our groups side the entire time. This is the second time I have gone to this location to escape and challenge myself. This year for christmas I wanted to give my family an experience that I thought they would enjoy together and boy this was the right place to go. We had an age range of 2years old to 64 years old!! The little ones had fun trying to open locks while us older folk were challenged into solving all of the puzzles. We did the newest room with was called Lou's Garage. They said it was a medium level as far as challenge goes, I would say it was a little easier than that. We had escaped with 20 minutes left to go. The facility is clean and the staff are helpful and very knowledgeable. They did a great job explaining everything. One fun thing they provide at the end is a photo opportunity for your group. Overall, this is a fine escape room. I do think it depends on who is working slightly, as I know some are more/less helpful than others. Unfortunately, the first time I went I was kind of disappointed. They got some new items and didn't wipe them down so the black light showed weird marks on it. It ended up confusing us and it wasn't until the end (once we failed the mission and asked about it) did she say "oh oops" and told us that is not supposed to light up. Wish she would've told us that when we were confused AND/OR they would have properly cleaned new items to ensure the experience was good. I know someone who went back and told me that the issue was fixed, so I only took off 1 star instead of 2. Did kind of damper my experience but glad they fixed it and friends have enjoyed their time there. I would encourage you to do the easier rooms if you have not done them before as well as let them know if something did not make sense or work (since they seem to fix things). My parent did it for work as a team building experience and everyone loved it. For the price, this is a fine/nice escape room! read more

We did 2 rooms and the 1st room had a faulty clue. Turns out we were the 1st to do the new change in the clues so we were their guinea pigs. They threaten to kick us out when we attempted to fix it. Even after us explaining the issue several times to the game master. They finally realized the problem and had to stop the whole game to come fix the problem. Which we were totally fine with. I even apologized that we unknowingly messed up the clue. I thought everything was resolved but apparently they were very upset with us. We went into the 2nd room and the game master gave us a faulty clue with 11mins to spare. Needless to say we were upset. When we pointed it out to her, they denied it and they told us to leave, with only mins until the game was over. We've done every escape room this side of the state and have never been treated so poorly. We will never go back and will never recommend this place. Dropped $500. Spend your hard earned cash in better places. read more

Six of us did the apartment escape room for my daughter's 14th birthday. We all had an absolute blast! Kevin was our game master and he helped make our experience awesome. We were all a little nervous at first and didn't know what to expect. Everything was explained well. We were shown where the lockers and rest rooms were before beginning. It was challenging but we're giving clues along the way when wer got stuck. Afterwards they took our photo for us in front of the 460 escape room backdrop with fun posters that said things like "I only need 5 more minutes". Amazing and fun experience! It felt so real that when the timer almost ran out, my 11 year old brother panicked and wanted to use the excuse of using the restroom to avoid the killer coming back home to his apartment. It was hard and we didn't succeed, but we had a blast from the moment we got there to the second we left. The staff was so nice! We were at least ten minutes late but they were still generous enough to give us the full hour that we booked. They even took a picture of all of us with a sign of our choice. 11/10 would recommend. read more

Went just my husband and me. I was worried since we didn't have a lot of people we wouldn't get out. It was challenging enough but they did give us some clues to help us escape but not more than they usually give. We had a great time. 100% recommend!
