Although they arrived quickly / on time, pricing for picking the lock of my door when I was locked out was a total scam. Told me it was $125 on the phone and then charged me $260 after less than 2 minutes to unlock the door because it was a "complicated lock." Made no sense whatsoever. Greg is a professional through and through and it was inspiring to see how he obviously takes great pride in his craft as a master locksmith! We had him replace all of the locks in our home and even two smart locks that required special engineering to enable a high security cylinder swap into the regular smart lock cylinder for us to maintain the same key. Since we had a smart lock preference because of the color/finish, he ordered the lock and took on the challenge to assess if he can pull off the engineering prior to confirming our full scope - and he was able to do it! In addition, while he was installing our locks, he learned that behind one of our locks were additional holes previously drilled by old owner onto the mounting surface which made the new lock ordered aesthetically subpar. He informed us and offered to order a new lock that would cover the holes and came back on a second trip to finish the job. Two of the doors in question are also damaged, which made it not just a big job but a difficult one.
