Roman is an incredible locksmith. Great communicator, prompt, knowledgeable and fairly priced services. If I could give him MORE than FIVE STARS i would. He was recommended to me by my neighbor and close friend in Ditmas Park in early March 2025 when we closed on our house. I told him about our needs for three different doors on our 1908 house which needed a combination of new locks and keypads for three doors. He sent me links for keypad lock purchases and installed them within 24 hours of their arrival. A few days ago, we noticed that the hardware was no longer functioning on one of the locks and it was hard to lock the door. I texted him and within 10 minutes he showed up at my door (he lives nearby) and pointed out that someone had taken a crowbar to our door! He immediately repaired the hardware and resecured the hardware with additional screws. He pointed out that the long screws he had used to secure the lock weeks before kept an intruder from entering!
